Stunning villa situated just 1400m from the Marina at Calan Bosch and 400m from a choice of restaurants, supermarkets, and children’s play area. The villa is set in private garden which is enclosed with gated entrance. The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m with roman steps, bordered by sun terraces. There is outside garden furniture, built-in barbecue and sunbeds for 6 people. The villa has a lounge/dining room with satellite TV (selected free to view channels only) and DVD and French doors leading onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and utility area with washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom and there are 2 further twin bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes. There is a separate family bathroom. Just 1800m from the beautiful sandy beach of Calan Bosch.

Nearest Airport: Mahon at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Ciutadella at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1800.0 Metres

The villa is situated in a quiet side road in the peaceful residential area of Cap D'Artruxt in Calan Bosch, there's a commercial centre about 5 minutes walk away where there's a few bars, restaurants, supermarkets, play area etc, and the main centre of the resort is just 1400m away where you find lots of great bars and restaurants all set around the pretty marina, Calan Bosch beach is next to the marina and is a shallow, gently shelving sandy cove that's perfect for children, the bigger beach of Son Xoriguer is also within walking distance and there's a great selection of water sports available there. Just about 10 minutes drive away is the beautiful old Capital of Ciutadella which is steeped in history. The nearby resorts of Calan Forcat, Calan Blanca, Santandria, Calan Blnaes are all a short bus ride away, the local transport is very good in the resort so car hire is not essential.

FLIGHTS, CAR HIRE AND TRANSFERS: While I am not able to organise this for you i can advise on how to put together a DIY holiday if you are interested in the villa but don't know where to start with the rest of it! I have lots local knowledge and lots of links for local companies and the better flight websites to check, and will be happy to advise you.

INFANTS & TODDLERS: If you are travelling with a baby we have travel cots and highchairs which can be hired.

CONTACT IN RESORT: For your peace of mind we have British speaking villa managers in the resort who are contactable 24 hours a day should you need anything.

Other Activities: water park, go-karts, mini train, bouncy castles, trampolines, ball pools.
