Beautiful 4 bedroom villa (sleeps 8) set on quiet residential estate on the outskirts of Son Parc, in the north part of Menorca. The property has been recently constructed with all modern facilities including air conditioning, washing and drying, dishwasher and all kitchen facilities. BBQ area with cover. TV and DVD player. Swimming pool is heated enabling all year usage. 20 minutes drive from the airport/25 minutes drive from the capital of Mahon. Close by is a golf course with driving range, putting green and tennis courts, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants. Also, some beautiful walks through the woods to the cliffs and beach. A short drive away are restaurants in a small fishing village called Fornells where there are also windsurfing and sailing clubs.

  • Rental rates are negotiable for parties less than 8 people depending on time of rental and demand. Please request further details.
  • We are flexible with changeover days to suit mid-week flights if necessary. A 25% deposit is required when booking and the balance is required 6 weeks before arrival date where possible. A £100 refundable deposit is payable to cover any damages or breakages and will be refunded at the end of rental. We are flexible on arrival/departure depending on arrival/departure of other guests.

Notes: There are twin beds in two ground level bedrooms and bunk beds in one ground level bedroom. Master suite with ensuite bathroom and double bed is upstairs with balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Fans to ground level bedrooms. Separate utility room with washer/dryer. Outdoor eating area next to bbq with table/chairs for 8, also indoor eating area for cooler months. Pool inflatables and bicycles in garage for use. Weekly maid service/change of linen included. Local people on hand to help with any extra requirements. The sitting room now has curtains/rugs/cushions/pictures not shown in photo. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and lovely wide/flat roads for easy cycling to beach/golf/shops/restaurants 10 mins.

The Villa is close to Menorca's only golf course which will have 18 holes completed by Summer 2006 (presently 14 holes). Discounted bookings for the golf can be made through us at the time of booking.
