2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment with both bedrooms en-suite centrally located at La Manga Club in the pueblo of Bellaluz, with many of the facilities and leisure activities within walking distance. Situated on the 2nd floor in a very peaceful location overlooking the Bellaluz green belt yet only 150 metres from the swimming pool and 1 minutes walk to the Andalucian style square which offers a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarket, chemist, and gift shops. Facilities include dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven & hob, microwave, cable TV with Sky Sports and English channels, DVD, telephone, free WiFi and free use of golf clubs and trolley. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own balcony where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine. A further balcony at the rear of the apartment ensures that you can chase the sun all day long. There is a large lounge and a separate dining room. Residents qualify for discount on golf and on tennis.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The apartment can also be rented for 2 persons at the following reduced rates:
    Low Season £225.
    Mid Season £300.
    For 2 persons you can either have a double bed or twin beds made up in the main bedroom or a single bed made up in each bedroom. You will also have access to both bathrooms.

    A deposit of 20% secures your reservation. The balance is payable 2 months before departure. Payment can be made by cheque, on-line banking, debit or credit card. Payments by debit or credit card are via PayPal for which a 2% charge is added to cover PayPal charges.
  • Rates include all linen and towels, arrival/departure clean, laundry charges, air-conditioning, free internet access and electricity. A welcome food pack consisting of eggs, milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, croissants, juice, water, bread and cheese can be provided for a nominal charge. For stays of between 10-13 nights a mid-stay change of linen and towels is included. For stays of 14 nights or more a weekly clean and change of linen and towels is included.
  • Additional maid services, cots and high chairs are available for a small supplement, prices available on request.

The apartment is on the second floor which is the top floor of this low rise block. It is also at the end of the block which means that any noise is minimal. WiFi Internet access is available at no charge from within the apartment. Callaway golf clubs and a trolley are available free of charge from my management company located opposite the apartment. A returnable security deposit is required.

Fantastic Holiday

We are just back from 2 weeks in this fanyastic apartment in La Manga. The apartment is a sapcious 2 bed and had plenty of room for wife nad our 2 kids. Whilst we were on holiday it was great to have access to all the English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports / News). Apt also has wifi so was very easy for me to access anbd keep in touch with news from home. The apartment is right beside the excellent swimming pool (and great kids pool) and also 2 mins from Bellaluz Square with restaurants and shops. Thoroughyl recommned this apt and La Manga resort for a great family holiday...

Apartment in Bellaluz

We rented this apartment while visiting friends for a golfing holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious and exactly as described. The pool area was very nice and the pool a good size and very warm. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in La Manga, its also very central for bars and restaurants etc.
Owner's Response: Very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. My management company, who have their office opposite my apartment, always present the apartment for guests in a first class condition.

Would stay here again

Detailed directions provided beforehand by the owner were very useful as la manga club can be a maze to the uninitiated. The apartment was well situated in Bellaluz area in the club. The third floor apartment was nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. Both rooms had two single beds with large ensuites. The balcony at the back has a table and chairs and overlooks trees, a nice peaceful setting for relaxing. We were there for the tennis which is probably a 10-15 minute walk or 1 in a car. I am becoming a regular visitor to la manga club and would not hesitate to book this apartment again.
Owner's Response: Many thanks for your review and I hope to be of service again in the future. For the benefit of future guests there is the option of having either or both bedrooms made up as doubles or twin beds.
I now also provide free WiFi access and also a set of golf clubs and a trolley can be used at no cost.

This is a very well appointed apartment with a light and sunny interior. The decor and furnishings are modern and tasteful. There is a sunny balcony to the rear of the property.

Both bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are extremely roomy and comfortable. The apartment is well located and convenient for all amenities. Would definitely visit again.

Myself and three friends stayed at Bellaluz 1705 for a short girlie break, the apartment was very clean and tidy all furniture was in lovely condition. It was great to have the two ensuites onto each of the bedrooms that have been modernised to a high standard. I would recomend to anyone to stay there could not fault it would rent there again without a doubt. Lynn Gould
