2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment with both bedrooms en-suite centrally located at La Manga Club in the pueblo of Bellaluz, with many of the facilities and leisure activities within walking distance. Situated on the 2nd floor in a very peaceful location overlooking the Bellaluz green belt yet only 150 metres from the swimming pool and 1 minutes walk to the Andalucian style square which offers a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry and gift shops. Facilities include dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven & hob, microwave, cable TV with Sky Sports and English channels, DVD, telephone and free WiFi internet. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own balcony where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine. A further balcony at the rear of the apartment ensures that you can chase the sun all day long. There is a large lounge and a separate dining room. Residents qualify for 50% discount on pre-bookable golf tee-off times and on tennis.

    For 2 persons you can either have a double bed or twin beds made up in the main bedroom or a single bed made up in each bedroom. You will also have access to both bathrooms.

    A deposit of 20% secures your reservation. The balance is payable 2 months before departure. Payment can be made by cheque, on-line banking, debit or credit card.
  • Rates include all linen and towels, arrival/departure clean, laundry charges, air-conditioning, free internet access and electricity. A welcome food pack consisting of eggs, milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, croissants, juice, water, bread and cheese can be provided for a nominal charge. For stays of between 10-13 nights a mid-stay change of linen and towels is included. For stays of 14 nights or more a weekly clean and change of linen and towels is included.
  • Additional maid services, cots and high chairs are available for a small supplement, prices available on request.

The apartment is on the second floor which is the top floor of this low rise block. It is also at the end of the block which means that any noise is minimal. Internet access is available within the resort at various locations but not directly from the apartment.

We are just back from 2 weeks in this fanyastic apartment in La Manga. The apartment is a sapcious 2 bed and had plenty of room for wife nad our 2 kids. Whilst we were on holiday it was great to have access to all the English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports / News). Apt also has wifi so was very easy for me to access anbd keep in touch with news from home. The apartment is right beside the excellent swimming pool (and great kids pool) and also 2 mins from Bellaluz Square with restaurants and shops. Thoroughyl recommned this apt and La Manga resort for a great family holiday...

This is a very well appointed apartment with a light and sunny interior. The decor and furnishings are modern and tasteful. There is a sunny balcony to the rear of the property.

Both bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are extremely roomy and comfortable. The apartment is well located and convenient for all amenities. Would definitely visit again.

Myself and three friends stayed at Bellaluz 1705 for a short girlie break, the apartment was very clean and tidy all furniture was in lovely condition. It was great to have the two ensuites onto each of the bedrooms that have been modernised to a high standard. I would recomend to anyone to stay there could not fault it would rent there again without a doubt. Lynn Gould

The apartment was immaculate with new furniture throughout and had the bonus of 2 en-suites. We arrived late evening and were glad that we opted for the welcome pack as the supermarket was closed. The cleaners had left the air-conditioning on which meant that the apartment was nice and cool. After a peaceful night's sleep (the apartment is in a very quiet location overlooking the hills) we woke to a glorious sunny day and after a quick breakfast headed straight to the pool which was much bigger than we anticipated and also has a separate childrens pool. Our children soon made friends as this is very much a popular resort for families. La Manga Club is certainly a 5 star resort but you do not have to pay 5 star prices to benefit from the facilities available. We will be returning to La Manga in the near future and would certainly try and book this apartment again as it would be hard to find a better property in Bellaluz - Steven James Summer 2006.
