This property has been recently modernised and furnished throughout and was given a Barwell grade 'A' rating. Large lounge dining room with patio doors which can be pulled back fully onto the lovely garden with table and chairs (and BBQ) for outdoor cooking and eating. The garden has the sun in the afternoon. Club satellite TV, Video and CD player. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron & board. Twin/double room with fitted wardrobes. Luxurious marble bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail. The Bellaluz community pool is less than a minute’s walk away as is Bellaluz Square with shops and all amenities. There is ample parking which is easily accessible and conveniently located.

Nestled in beautiful Costa Calida, La Manga Club is one of Europe's leading holiday resorts with outstanding Golf, Tennis and football facilities, (three championship golf courses, 18 tennis courts, 11 full size football pitches). Plus Dance, Football and rugby academies, squash, bowling, something for everyone! Or if your idea of holiday is a little less energetic then there’s the private secluded beach cove, relax at the Spa or enjoy the sun beside the large solar heated pool. There is also a smaller children’s pool and play area with swings etc. Within Bellaluz community there are bars and restaurants, a supermarket, clothes and gift shops, pharmacy plus other shops. There is also a free community bus (known as the WA-WA bus!) which you can use to get around the club. Although not essential if you do hire a car there are many local beauty spots well worth a visit. For fantastic beaches, snorkeling, foods- try Cabo de Palos or fantastic shopping in Cartagena.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal (at an extra charge) or bank transfer. Out of Peak Season (July-August) the apartment can be rented for short breaks (4 nights minimum) and also take advantage of cheaper flights by booking mid week. A deposit of 15% is required with each booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 deposit to cover breakages and loss of apartment or pool keys (£40 charge) is also required and this is returnable by cheque 1 week after departure or on the safe return of they keys.
  • Key will normally be sent by post to avoid delays at the destination
  • If you require a 4 night rental this is possible but at the price of a 5 night rental

About La Manga club La Manga Club is a private 1400-acre resort situated on the lower slopes of the pine-covered Murcian hills amongst lemon groves. The crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are nearby. Located on the Costa Calida (warm coast) the weather allows for all year round sports. As well as being a golfer's delight, the resort has one of the most highly regarded tennis centre's in Europe (28 courts), health and fitness centre, water sports, horse riding, swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Beaches Beaches Within the club the resort boasts its own beach 'La Cala' in a secluded sandy cove. Just a short drive away you can find secluded bays and beaches. Around Out and About Historic cities, bustling market towns, fishing villages and areas of natural beauty surround La Manga Club. We have just returned from our holiday Aug 2009 and stayed in this fabulous apartment. The accomodation was 1st class, very clean, well equipped and excellent value for money. There was NOTHING to fault with this accomodation and we would certainly book this again and recommend to our friends and family. The apartment is located in a fantastic location near to the main Bellaluz square which has brilliant restaurants and bars, but without been too near. The apartment is also 2 seconds walk from the lovely Bellaluz pool which never seems to get that busy.
If you book this apartment you will have a fab holiday !!!!

A lovely apartment for a couple...

My partner and I stayed in the above apartment and we absolutely loved it, perfect size for a couple, very clean, tidy and spacious with everything you need. Very close to the communal pool which also has a smaller pool for children and a small play area with a ping pong table. The apartment is also right next to the square which has bars, a restaurant, small grocery shop and other little shops around. Would definitely recommend for couples who want a relaxed or sport filled holiday.

Have just returned from a lovely holiday in a very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment, set in beautiful surroundings. Be advised to walk further afield for better value cafes, bars and restaurant.2 Cafes in the tennis club area are much better value than Bellaluz square. Would also recommend the Chinese restaurant (i think called Wok) near to the cricket ground- excellent! If you visit in April, take some warmer clothing as the evenings can be quite chilly, although we also had plenty of sunshine during the day.

What can i say - i had a great time. The resort had everything and the apartment was great. All the facilities were only a short walk away.The apartment was really clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom exactly what i could have wanted. The patio was great to sit out in the sun and have something to eat or just to have a cuppa! All in all, a great holiday... I will definitely be going back this year.

Attractive and conveniently located

I have stayed in this apartment a few times now with my partner. It is ideal for us containing everything we need. We really like the garden and often sit out in the afternoons and evenings. It is well located close to the Bellaluz pool and square. Its a short walk to the tennis centre and other amenities. We love La Manga and intend to revisit it and this apartment in 2009!
