This apartment benefits from the largest living and terrace areas amongst the Miradores community, each over 100 sq m. The South facing terrace looks across the North and South golf courses and to La Manga strip and the Mediterranean. The smartly furnished living area and both bedrooms each have large sliding patio doors to the terrace. There is a modern fitted kitchen, tiled floors throughout and individual air conditioning units offering cool or warm air. The apartment is conveniently centrally located, just a couple of minutes walk from the commercial centre with its supermarket, shops, restaurants, banks, etc. Guests have free use of the Oasis swimming pool and its facilities at the tennis club, which is also just a few minutes, walk away. Golf and tennis charges are subject to the full residents' discount. The La Manga Club complex also offers many other restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities. English is widely spoken but Spanish is always warmly appreciated.

La Manga Club offers both the opportunity to relax and to enjoy the various sports and leisure facilities, on-site and nearby. The mild Murcia climate means all year round holidays are possible here. The cities of Cartagena and Murcia, the towns and villages, the rolling hillsides, the picturesque coastline with its beaches and coves will all be of interest to those who wish to do some sightseeing and delve more into the Spanish culture. La Manga Club is easily accessible via the motorways from both Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante airports, 25 and 70 minutes away respectively. The airports are well served by various operators offering a good choice of price and quality.

Notes: The apartment has a utility room, useful for the storage of sports equipment. One twin bedroom can be set up as a double bedded room on request. Both bedrooms also have their own table and chairs. There are a number of steps down from the parking area to the apartment which may prove difficult for the very infirm. The apartment is then on one level only. The apartment is privately owned but managed by an on-site company. Their office is nearby, open during normal hours Monday to Saturday and available 24 hours a day for emergencies. Their staff will ensure the property is clean and fresh for your arrival including linen, towels and tea-towels (though not beach towels); these will be changed weekly for longer stays. Saturdays are preferred as changeover days, particularly in the high season but other days will always be considered.

La Manga Club is widely regarded as Europe's premier leisure and sports complex. Its 3 full size 18 hole golf courses, 28 tennis courts, football pitches and other facilities are frequently used throughout the year by major professional and amateur sports clubs and federations. It has hosted BBC's Superstars events many times and also Sir Steven Redgrave's Golden Five event.

There is a children club on-site. For those who want to improve their skills, there are golf and tennis academies and a dive school. A recent addition in Las Lomas village on-site is an indoor leisure complex with a luxury spa and pool. There is also a 5* hotel within the complex offering fine wining, dining and entertainment. The complex has its own beach which is served by a restaurant/bar during the main season.

A car is not absolutely essential but is recommended as it will ease the way to leisure and sports areas and enable you to explore and sightsee beyond the complex itself.
