This spacious newly decorated 3 bedroom luxury apartment is on the 1st floor of a recently built building. Entrance on same floor. It has been tastefully furnished & decorated to a high standard. The large & bright living/ dining-room, with a fire place overlooks a large terrace equipped with a BBQ, dining table & chairs under a covered area, & sun beds . It overlooks the tennis court, swimming pool & the silvery Mar Menor. The master bedroom leads to a dressing area & an en suite bathroom. The other bathroom is situated close to the 2 twin bedded bedrooms, both with large cupboards. The apartment has satellite TV, telephone line, broadband internet, wireles,air conditioning an central heating. Los Olivos has 3 large swimming pools, one with Jacuzzi & Gym, the other fully heated for the winter months, there is parking facility, although close to all amenities, the apartment is quiet. Guests benefit from 50% discount on golf & tennis courts. The beach has its own restaurant.

A scenic road down the hill will lead you to an exclusive beach with its own restaurant, or if you so prefer you a can enjoy one of its many swimming pools, its Jacuzzi & Gym facility. A new Health and Beauty spa has opened. There is a 5 star hotel, a casino & endless sporting facilities to be enjoyed all year round ,with winter temperatures in the 60's plus. A lunch in one of the many restaurants of Cabo de Palos is always a treat, so is its market. As residents of this apartment, you will receive 50 % discount on green fees & tennis.

  • Rental Rent: £ 700 to £ 1500.per property per week. The rate includes a welcome pack, for stay of 1 week and over, linen and towels. A deposit of 1/3 of the total rental is requested to secure the booking. The full rental and deposit of £ 300 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by cheque in pounds sterling, or in Euros by bank transfer. Mid stay clean and replacement linen is available at extra cost so is an extra bed for a child. The cost of telephone calls and telephone line must be activated in advance if required.

Notes: This spacious apartment has been tastefully furnished. It is bright, cheerful and quiet. The large terrace offers a beautiful view on the swimming pool, and the sea and has sun all day from late April to Early October. It is near to most amenities and enjoys a prime location. Children are welcome, but parents are requested to see that the furniture and furnishing are treated with due care. The apartment is suitable for the elderly, although Los Olivos apartments are on a steep hill. This apartment is one of Los Olivos favourite’s & early booking is highly recommended.

My family and i spend a very enjoyable week here in June 2009 The apartment is very well appointed with excellent facilities. ideally located for all of the amenities, lovely views over the golf course and the sea beyond. My Husband and son are keen golfers and found the courses at la manga to be excellent. we would have no hesitation in returning in the future and would certainly recommend the property to family and friends.

Fabulous holyday at Los Olivos Manga club

If you are looking for a spacious and stylish apartment minutes away from the tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurants and super markets, this is the place. Beautifully furnished, very clean and well cared for, this quiet apartment offers all you would which for. The large terrace is very appointed and has a beautiful view. The owner was just great to deal with and very helpful to meet our special requirements. We have rented this apartment on several occasions and would not consider any other. A truly delightful place.
