Fully air conditioned/centrally heated 1st floor apartment. 2 Bedrooms, 1 double bed, two twins, all air conditioned. Living room with dining area. Double sofa bed, satellite TV & DVD player, hifi system. Fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave. Bathroom, bath/shower, WC, bidet, vanity unit. 2 Balconies front, off living room, with table 4 chairs, gas barbecue. Rear off bedrooms.

3 Golf courses. As residents you are charged 50% of public green fee. It is advisable to book your tee off times in advance. The club also runs weekly golf academies. For further information visit their website. Par 47 Golf. Tennis. 28 courts some floodlit. Weekly academies. Spa. Consists of 13 treatment rooms, superbly equipped gym, 25 metre indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms etc. Outdoor Bowels. Petanque area. Squash court. Mountain bikes can be hired; scuba diving and horse riding can also be arranged. There is also a “kids club” where younger children can be supervised. Super apartment on year round resort

Apartment was as described, actually better than we expected. Welcome poack much appreciated. Communal pool well used despite being late October.
Being a year round resort, all of the facilities were open, unlike spanish resorts which were out of season and rather quiet.
Visited Cabo de Palos with its excellent Sunday market and super sea front restaurants; Categena (an excellent boat trip, and the Roman ampitheatre), super mediterranean beaches at Cabalpe, and lunch on the pier at Los Alcazares.
