Whilst staying in this apartment you will receive 'residents' status at the La Manga sports club allowing you to play golf and tennis at residents rates (Golf, 50% cheaper than public rates tennis 10-20% cheaper). NOT ALL NEW PROPERTIES CAN OFFER THIS.
La Manga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses. Golf should be booked in advance, and for the south course, handicap certificates and soft spikes are required. Regular golf competitions are open to visitors.
La Manga offers one of Europe’s best tennis academies, 5 day course, separate academies for children and adults and an exception golf academy. All academies should be booked in advance. YOU WILL ALSO RECIEVE FREE USE OF PRIVATE UNDERGROUND PARKING SPACE - SO NO LUGGING YOU CLUBS AND SUITCASES (AND CHILDREN) AROUND OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT OF THE SUN BEFORE YOU'VE EVEN STARTED - GET THE LIFT FROM THE FRONT DOOR OF THE APARTMENT DOWN TO THE NICE COOL BASEMENT CAR PARK AND YOUR OWN MARKED SPACE

*** We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in yr apartment. Not only was it new & very clean the rooms & bathrooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, it had an excellent location at the Club & an excellent position within the complex. The views & terrace were very nice indeed. The swimming pool/ communal area were very clean -like new. The swimming pool was popular, but people seemed to come and have their time and then leave for others to use it.** El Pinar No 5 (wonderful holiday property) a big 'thank-you' for letting us rent your property over the Easter holidays. We had a wonderful holiday.
Golf:
With its mild winters & less than 12” of rain a year, La Manga club is generally regarded as a premier European golfing destination. Although the 3 championship courses are always in demand, they are not overcrowded &, as one would expect, are immaculately kept. Much time, effort & money is spent refurbishing the courses and an extensive reseeding/upgrading programme is just coming to an end leaving the North & South courses improved, in A1 condition. The golf academy includes the latest state-of-the-art video technology for swing analysis & is thoroughly recommended by all who attend. In all the facilities are excellent for all abilities/ages. There is a 90 bay floodlit driving range, a practise putting green (maintained just as well as the 3 championship courses), 2 chipping greens, a practice bunker, resident professionals available & competitions 3 times a week.
