This large 3 bedroom apartment at Los Olivos is in the centre of La Manga Resort. It is within a 5 minute walk to the internationally renowned Tennis Centre, as well as the shops, restaurants, supermarket and minigolf. La Manga has 3 18 whole golf courses and a large Beauty Spa. The apartment has 'Sports Rights' which gives a 50% reduction on sporting fees. There is a children’s club and crèche which can be prebooked as well as babysitting. The apartment is spacious with a generous terrace which has sea views. The terrace has a built in BBQ and sunbathing area with sun beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a snug room with extra TV which is ideal for the kids.All 3 shower rooms have been refurbished to high standards in 2007. Residents at Los Olivos have the use of 2 large outdoor pools with sun lounge’s and sun shades. For the cooler months there is also an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and small gym.

La Manga Club is a premier sports resort set in 1500 acres between the Murcian hills and the Mediterranean Sea.It has 3 championship golf courses with a floodlit driving range ,pro shop and golf academy. In addition there is the Tennis Academy with 23 multi-surface courts. As well as endless sporting facilities there are numerous restaurants,bars,5* Hotel and casino.There is also a newly opened Health and Beauty Spa, which is ideal for a bit of pampering. There is a small private beach on the club which has a delightful restaurant and is great for a quiet non sporty day! The climate of this region makes it ideal for all year round holidays. La Manga run courses for children and adults in tennis,golf,dance and football. On site there is an Activities Centre which arranges sailing , windsurfing and scuba diving at a beach which is 10minutes away. There is also on site bike rental and some challenging bike rides over the hills!

Notes: The apartment has been completely reburbished in 2007 and has a contempary feel to it. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar and stools. The dining area sits 8 comfortably The living area has a log burning stove,Flat screen TV, DVD player and a new music system with a MP3 player port.There is also a snug room with sofa, TV and DVD player which is ideal for the kids! 2 of the 3 bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and in addition there is the main bathroom. The terrace has fantastic views over the tennis centre, golf course and the Mar Menor.

Golf: There are 3 18hole golf courses at La Manga. They are internationally know and are a golfing experience. Residents staying at the apartment are entitled to a 50% discount on green fees. The tee times can be pre-booked by email so you can be sure to play when you want! There is a golf academy and regular golf courses for all abilities.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location for the tennis centre, shops, restaurants etc. Pool areas are excellent. Apartment is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has a good sized open plan living area and an additional snug room which was enjoyed by the children. Great to dine outside or sit and relax on the large terrace overlooking La Manga with views out to the sea. If you are intending to do a lot of your own cooking I would agree with other reviewer that the lack of an oven could be a problem.
With regard to La Manga Club facilities they were excellent, the tennis academy was thoroughly enjoyed by our boys but if like us you choose to go in May half term be aware that though high season prices are charged for the sports most but not all the restaurants are open and some things shut earlier than in July/August. Owner gave good customer service. Hope to go back and would recommend.

I am so pleased we spent our holiday here. Everything was well thought out even down to a playstation in the snug room.
Loads of room. Only one down side is the lack of oven, we couldn't get to grips with convector oven on the microwave. But that was a tiny tiny gripe. Everything was 5 star. Great location, view, pool the lot. Decor stylish, furniture comfortable and current.

Great for babies and pre walkers as there are no stairs in the property.

Would definately go back.
