Villa in the La Manga Golf Club - fully air-conditioned
Large comfortable lounge and dining area. Satellite TV giving Sky Sports and English channels and DVD. Fully air-conditioned and centrally heated with ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms. Two patios, one with barbeque overlooking golf course and the Mar Menor. Stairs to large roof terrace giving fantastic views. Large Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, king size bed and TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin bedded and share a large bathroom and shower. The kitchen is well equiped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The villa is in a gated community with 24 hour security. Swimming pool is shared and is nearby but not so close for noise to be a problem.

The villa is in the La Manga Golf Resort located on the lower slopes of the pine covered Murcian Hills amongst the lemon groves, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea. It boasts 3 championship golf courses and 28 all weather tennis courts. The LTA has made La Manga Club it's official winter site. Nearby there are two historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia. These are well worth exploring for history or shopping. There are lots of good restaurants both on site and nearby. | Notes: | The Hyatt Hotel is nearby and they provide Spa facilities and an indoor pool. Apart from the pools within the villa communities there is a large open air pool at the tennis centre. This is open seasonally and is extremely popular place to socialise. There are 2 swimming pools just below the house which are good for early morning swims,or cooling off during the day. |

There are three great golf courses at La manga,all very different. They are beautifully maintained and are a joy to play on. Enjoy tennis on well maintained tennis courts and take the opportunity to improve you game with excellent coaches.
