This villa is situated in the small community of Los Altos 1. The villa is air conditioned and is built on 2 levels with the bedrooms downstairs. The first floor living area has 2 terraces, one with table and chairs for outdoor meals while taking in the spectacular view. There is also a roof terrace with sun loungers for extended sun bathing. There is a communal swimming pool only a few steps from the entrance to the villa with a second pool at the other end of the community. Only 5 minutes walk from the tennis centre the property has 'sporting rights' which entitles guests to Resident Rates at golf and tennis.

La Manga Club is a 5 star golf and tennis resort set on the Costa Calida, the warm coast. Set into a hillside there are spectacular views over the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea. The Mar Menor has great facilities for water sports and there is horse riding nearby for those not keen on golf or tennis and a variety of beaches where the water is shallow and great for young children. It also has it's own beach cove and restaurant-La Cala- which has fantastic views over the Mediterranean. Murcias St Javier airport is about 35 mins drive and Alicante is about 1hour and 20 mins drive on good motorways. This 2 bed 2 bath villa is in the small Los Altos 1 Community with access to 2 shared pools. Surrounded by well maintained gardens. Only 5 minutes walk from the tennis centre and local shopping areas.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include car parking beside the steps leading up to the villa,electricity, arrival and departure clean with a mid holiday clean and linen change for stays of 2 weeks or more. On resort telephone calls. Linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels) and a welcome pack. Our management company are on hand and will assist with any problems. Stair gates, cots extra cleaning or linen can be arranged through them at extra cost. Guests have 'resident' status and qualify for 50% off golf and tennis.
    Our management company will make a credit card swipe for security.
  • You can secure the villa with a £100 deposit, the full amount to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

La Manga Club Facilities: La Manga Club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, A Par 47,18 hole pitch and put course and 28 court tennis centre. The Oasis leisure pool is situated next to the tennis centre serviced by a cafe/bar. There are numerous restaurants on site from Italian to Indian and also in the local village, Los Belones. There is a water sports centre based on the Mar Menor where tuition and equipment hire is available for water skiing, wind surfing and sailing. Boat trips are also available. There is a luxury spa offering various beauty treatments and exercise classes. There are supermarkets, shops, post office, banks, pharmacies and a laundry on site.

Tennis and Bowls: The tennis centre is host to the LTA winter training centre and boasts 20 clay courts, four artificial grass and 4 Greenset(hard) courts. Federation Cup and Davis Cup matches have been staged in the 3,500 seater Central Court. Fully qualified resident coaches offer tuition for all levels in both group and individual sessions and a weekly programme of social and competitive events is available, with exhibition matches in peak times. The bowling facilities are open to all and equipment is available to hire.

Golf: There are three courses in La Manga Club each offering a different challenge. The South Course is the main championship course and has hosted the Spanish Open 5 times. The North Course is more undulating than the South Course and requires more accuracy while the West Course is set in the hillside with winding fairways which present another alternative. There is a Golf Academy and competitions in different formats are run three times a week
