Our two bedroom, two bathroom villa is part of an elegant collection of privately owned villas and apartments which makes up the communities of La Manga Club, one of Spain's premier resorts. The villa is situated in the picturesque Los Molinos community - named after its windmills. The heart of this hillside village lies in its private leisure pool complex, which has a main pool with waterfall and separate children's pool. Between March and November the poolside restaurant serves refreshments and snacks . The semi-detached villa enjoys a hillside location and has breathtaking views over the Golf Courses and the Mar Menor. The villa is on 3 levels. There is smart front terrace and the front door leads to a living room with dining area and kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a very private terrace with built in BBQ. A spiralling stairway in the turret leads down to two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) and up to a large private roof terrace.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are inclusive of welcome pack, electricity, bed linen and towels (including beach towels), arrival clean and departure clean and mid stay clean and linen change for stays of 14 days. For stays between 10 to 14 days the price includes a mid stay linen change. Air conditioning is included within the peak season rate,. At other times it is unlikely that air con will be needed, however, it is available for an optional extra £65 per week if required. Guests staying at the villa are deemed to be 'Residents' and as such qualify for 50% discount on Golf and Tennis.
  
• A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.

More about the Villa

The fully equipped villa has a main bedroom (king size bed) with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom (twin beds) with a separate bathroom. It has a fully fitted kitchen (new units and appliances Jan 2004), a recently refurnished lounge with leather sofa and armchair, fireside seating and separate dining area. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to a very private balcony that has a patio table and 4 chairs, banquette seating, built in BBQ and great views. The turret has a spiralling staircase leading down to the bedrooms and up to the roof terrace. The roof terrace has 2 sun beds, 2 reclining chairs and 2 small tables and provides wonderful views over the club and the Mar Menor. There is also a terrace at the front of the property with patio table and chairs. The villa benefits from satellite TV, and the living area and both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Guests staying in this villa enjoy resident’s discounts on golf and tennis.

Other Facilities

The fantastic new La Manga Spa has an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzis and offers a full range of treatments. Within La Manga Club there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The Hyatt Hotel offers live entertainment until the early hours in the Lorca Bar and Spikes Bar. There are designer clothes shops, gift boutiques, supermarkets, banks, doctor, dentist, chemist, estate agents and a post office. There is a Kids Club which provides supervised activity for children aged from 6 months to 12 years. The resort is famous for its Academies - Football, Tennis, Golf, Dance and now Rugby - available during school holidays. Outside the Club there is a lot more! The local communities of Los Belones and Cabo de Palos offer alternative bars and restaurants and are only a short drive away. There are also many famous cities, local towns, fishing villages and local markets to explore. More information about all the facilities will be sent with the holiday documentation.

Beaches and Pools

La Manga has its own beach cove -La Cala - with its own excellent restaurant. Here you can swim, sunbathe, explore the rocks or snorkel. A short drive away are the shallow, calm waters of the Mar Menor ideal for water sports. Also within 10 minutes of the Club is Calblanque National Park, which has wonderful unspoilt, and undeveloped beaches. There are excellent beaches and promenades at Alcazares and San Pedro del Pinetar and La Manga 'Strip' offers either Mediterranean beaches on its north shore or a short stroll across the road, Mar Menor beaches on its south shore - with all the amenities of shops, bars restaurants, ice cream parlours etc which the Strip has to offer. Los Molinos community has its own pool for the exclusive use of Los Molinos residents. There is a main pool and separate children’s pool and has the services of a lifeguard. The Los Molinos pool also has its own excellent pool bar. Additionally, all residents have use of the Oasis pool at the Tennis Centre.
