La Manga Club:
The La Manga Club is set on the lower slopes of the Murcian hills amongst mature lemon groves, with spectacular views over the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. This luxurious resort has been created in 1,400 acres of lush rolling countryside and has many thousands of palm trees. It features three stunning championship golf courses and one of Europe’s finest tennis centres. La Manga Club is the chosen location for the filming of the Superstars television programme, it is also regularly used by premiership and national football teams as a training centre. There are many superb sporting and recreation facilities including the new Spa complex. The club also has its own private beach called “La Cala”.

Golf:
This famous golf resorts benefits from having three superb 18 hole championship courses. Many international tournaments have been hosted here, including the Spanish Open, Ladies Spanish Open, PGA Spanish championship. Each course offers its own style with distinctive landscaped terrain and tranquil surroundings. The resort caters full all golfing levels with the golf academy providing group and private tuition of the highest standard. Weekly completions open to everybody.
The training and practice facilities are second to none and include a floodlit driving range with over 80 bays, 2 chipping greens, large practice green and a practice bunker. There is also an 18 hole par 47 short course.
South Course; Remodelled in 1992 by Arnold Palmer. Located in the centre of the valley this top calibre championship course is enjoyed by golfers of differing standards. Strategically placed water hazards and bunkers, palm fringed fairways and hidden dangers.
North Course; More undulating than the south. For this course you need to rely on precision rather than length of shot. An added challenge is provided by the “barrancas” that snake their way through the course.
West Course; This deceiving course has frequent changes in elevation and requires the occasional blind shot. Charming and elusive, a memorable round.
