ALL 2009/2010 PRICES REDUCED!!! Well positioned villa with stunning views overlooking the La Manga Club and the Mar Menor. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom (with en suite toilet, bath and shower) and another bedroom that can be used as a twin or double. There is also a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. There is a large lounge and separate dining area. There are 2 private outside terraces which are not overlooked. Its upper terrace is bathed in sunshine all day long and is equipped with a table, chairs and sun-loungers. The private ground floor terrace has plenty of room for dining, sunbathing, etc. and has a built in barbeque ideal for al fresco meals. In an area ideal for walking the surrounding hills with spectacular views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. The property has ample parking if you choose to hire a car. The property enjoys an enviable proximity to La Manga Club's private beach

Rental costs are inclusive of electricity, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and an arrival and departure clean. Mid-stay clean and towel and linen change is included for bookings of 2 weeks or more. We provide a complimentary welcome pack in the villa (water, orange juice, bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, etc) for your arrival. Our local management company can arrange any of the following at an extra cost payable by you locally: - The supply of High chairs, cots and any mid holiday cleaning or change of towels/bed linen. Phone calls are free within the resort. Guests have 'resort guest' status and qualify for 50% discounts off golf & tennis. A non refundable deposit of 20% per week's stay is required, the balance payable eight weeks prior to your arrival (plus a security deposit of £190 Sterling)

A Great Place for aholiday

My family and I had a great time at the villa. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The air-conditioning was a blessing as it was a very hot. The place was neat and tidy and everything we needed was provided. Our little one enjoyed the pools and beaches especially the warm waters of the Mar Menor. The complex itself is great for families and I definitely recommend SI! bar if you want a nice lunch or dinner while still being able to watch your little ones as they play in the open play area. It is also well worth it to visit the surrounding towns for great restaurants and beaches. altogether a great hoiday and well worth it. We will definitely be back.

Nice property with lovely views from balcony and sun terrace.Air conditioning very useful as it was very hot. La Manga had everything to hand and the golf courses were wonderful.We had a very good week there.

Great villa, excellent location and stunning views. Very quiet, relaxing holiday with plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Spectacular view from the balconies. Local beaches and amenities only a short drive away. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
