Notes to the rental rates

  • These rates represent a 20-30% discount off published rates of the main rental companies. Rental costs are inclusive of electricity, air-conditioning/heating, bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and an arrival and departure clean. Mid-stay clean and towel and linen change is included for bookings of 2 weeks or more. We provide a complimentary welcome pack in the villa (water, orange juice, bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, etc) for your arrival. Our local management company can arrange any of the following at an extra cost payable by you locally: - The supply of High chairs, cots and any mid holiday cleaning or change of towels/bed linen. Phone calls are free within the resort. Guests have 'resort guest' status and qualify for 50% discounts off golf & tennis. A non refundable deposit of 20% per week's stay is required, the balance payable eight weeks prior to your arrival (plus a security deposit of £150 Sterling).

I stayed in this property in August of 2007 and found it to be a very comfortable and well air-conditioned villa thus ensuring comfortable sleeping conditions.
The management co. were very attentive and were on hand to help with any queries.
We spent many happy hours sitting on the terrace never tiring of the view.
We will be back.
