Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental Rent: £ 550 to £ 1200.per property per week. The rate includes a welcome pack, for stay of 1 week and over, linen and towels. A deposit of 1/3 of the total rental is requested to secure the booking. The full rental and deposit of £ 300 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by cheque in pounds sterling, or in Euros by bank transfer. Mid stay clean and replacement linen is available at extra cost so is an extra bed for a child. The cost of telephone calls and telephone line must be activated in advance if required.Long term rental welcomed and negotiable. Shorter break than a week can be considered, extra bed for children can be rented at extra cost

The villa has a small garden with its private pool. A non refundable booking deposit of £ 100 per week is required, the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.

This villa is beautiful, very well equipped and much more spacious than it looks on the website. The pool is a perfect size and the gardens are immaculate. It is in a quiet little corner but only 15 mins walk to the large supermarket and even less to Bella Luz for a quiet drink or some tapas. A perfect place for couples or a family, we stayed for four nights and didnt want to come home!!! beach towels were provided and there was a large selction of books to read so dont bother bringing your own towels or books...and just take hand luggage!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property which was furnished to a very good standard and well laid out. We found the booking procedure to be straightforward and both the owner and the property management company to be very pleasant and helpful to deal with.
The only small downside was during our stay there were some building works taking place within the La manga Club, however we did not find that this affected our enjoyment of the holiday and we will certainly be looking to stay again at the property in the near future.
