Located in the Murcia Region of south east Spain, on the lower slopes of pine covered hills, looking over the Mar Menor's crystal clear waters to the Mediterranean beyond, sits La Manga Club. This all year round golfing, tennis, and general sporting complex is just 20 minutes from Murcia airport and 60 from Alicante. The detached villa is located in the El Rancho village, within the beautifully landscaped gardens, next to one of the nine community pools. Residents are entitled to 50% discount from the standard Golf and Tennis charges.

Nearest Airport: Murcia at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
We are located on the Costa Calida, or Warm Coast near the inland sea of the Mar Menor. This sea is always three or four degrees warmer than the near by Med. It is also a very shallow sea and therefore an ideal place to take children swimming or for adults to learn a new water sport. La Manga Club is set in the hills and surrounded by its three golf courses. The towns of Cartagena and Murcia are just a short drive away and have many historical sites to visit.

Notes: We have recently renovated the villa and have installed reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and all the bedrooms. The kitchen has been updated with granite worktops and a new hob, two of the bedrooms have had new soft furnishings throughout.

La Manga Club offers 3 championship golf courses, a Par 47 pitch and putt, driving range, putting greens, golf academy, 22 multi surface tennis courts, 6 dedicated clay courts, paddle tennis, tennis academy, squash courts, a well equiped gym, sauna and jucuzzi and a bowling green.

An air conditioned mini club provides experienced staff to ensure that children aged from 3 months to 12 years are well looked after. In addition all types of water sports, scuba diving, horse riding and mountain biking can be undertaken with qualified instructors on sight.

There are more than 25 restaurants on site and many more within a short drive. Banks, chemists, supermarkets, petrol station and designer clothes and sports shops are also all within the complex along with a doctors surgery.
