  • Rental costs are inclusive of parking (next to the villa), electricity, air-conditioning/heating, bed linen, towels, an arrival clean and a departure clean.
    A non refundable booking deposit of £100 is required, the balance payable eight weeks before departure. The supply of high chairs, stair gates, cots and any mid holiday cleaning and change of towels and linen can be arranged with the local management company.

Notes: This is our family home in Spain. The house has been in the same ownership for 20 years. It has been recently renovated to include new kitchen and two new bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property enjoys reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge/dining room and all bedrooms, which will maintain a constant temperature (by cooling or heating). All bedrooms and lounge have been extended. There is a large private terrace for relaxing and dining which overlooks the pool and gardens, this is particularly safe for children. Free Wireless Broadband connection. 37' wall mounted television.

La Manga Club Facilities: La Manga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, golf tuition at the La Manga Club academy, a par 47 pitch and put course, 22 tennis courts with various surfaces many of which are floodlit and teaching facilities, paddle tennis, squash, bowling green, climbing wall, Scuba diving school, crazy golf, cycle hire and a newly built spa centre with gym, sauna, Jacuzzi and heated indoor swimming pool. The golf should be booked in advance, soft spikes are required, and for the south course a handicap certificate. Regular club golf competitions are open to visitors.

Other Facilities: There are 25 restaurants or bars to choose from on the complex or within a short drive, designer clothes shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemists and a doctor’s/dentist's surgery. There is a Fiesta mini-club, which provides supervised activity for children aged from 6 months to 12 years. The Hyatt hotel offers entertainment until the early hours, and a casino. With a hire car there are also many historic cities, market towns and fishing villages to discover off site.

Our villa Number 96 El Rancho is in a walking distance to local shops, supermarket, banks, post office, chemist and doctors/dentist surgery. There are 20 restaurants on the La Manga Club complex these include Mediterranean, Indian, South-East Asian, Mexican and Italian specialty restaurants and a beachfront seafood restaurant (seasonal). There are two club house bars on the golf courses and snack bar at the Tennis Centre. Internet facilities are available at several locations on site and in the nearby village of Los Belones. Live entertainment in two of the Hyatt hotel bars offers entertainment until the early hours and a Casino for the over 18's. Just off the complex are further restaurants, our favourites are listed in our restaurant guide in the villa. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away in Cabo de Palos as well as a Sunday Market, harbour and wonderful local seafood restaurants

Truly fantastic week in an immaculate villa

Four friends and I have just returned from renting this property for a week and between us we really couldn't recommend it highly enough.
The villa is spacious and well fitted out with a fantastic roof terrace as well as a BBQ area off of the kitchen which we utilised several times.

The guys in our party were particularly impressed with the Sky Sports and the Wifi connection.

Having explored the resort during our stay, we concluded that El Rancho was one of the nicer parts of the complex - very quiet with many pools and within walking distance of the supermarket at Bellaluz.

We had one issue with the fridge during our stay and this was rectified by the maintenance agents within an hour - fantastic service!

Overall, really impressed and would definitely return.

A wonderful holiday

We all had a fantastic week at La Manga - facilities of the resort are superb and will suit variety of ages. The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and well maintained, close to pools, shops etc. The owners provided invaluable information about the resort, the area and the villa, and were extremely helpful throughout all communication. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Lovely villa on La Manga

Having stayed at Las Palmeras last year in an apartment, we were already sold on La Manga as a great destination for families with teenagers. However, we were very pleasantly surprised at how much more we got for our money in this villa, and what a lovely location El Rancho is. Pros: view of sea and hills, air con good, very pretty furnishings, homely and comfortable villa, thoughtful touches, well equipped kitchen, Cons: Toilets downstairs which was difficult with young children coming in from the pool, Sunloungers were not enough around pool, and 'towels down' early morning. Very enjoyable family holiday and would most definitely consider renting this villa again.

Fantastic holiday, excellent accommodation a real home from home with superb surroundings, just couldn't wish for anything better.
