Tennis: Within 2 minutes walking distance is situated one of Europe's finest tennis centres, with all-year-round coaching and competitions being offered. The villa benefits all avid tennis fans by backing onto the tennis centre, and having its own private gate that offers easy access to both the tennis centre and the El Oasis swimming pool.

Golf: The villa over looks the South Course and is in close proximity to all 3 championship golf courses, all located within 5 minutes. Essentially La Manga Club is renowned as one of Europe's top golf resorts, and as such, tee-times should be booked in advance. Short breaks / golfing breaks- rentable values can be negotiated.

Other Activities: football, bowls, wall climbing, gymnasium.

Highly recommended private villa with pool

We are returning for our 3rd, 2 week stay this June (2008). Highly rated villa - excellent location (5-10mins to most south course resort restaurants e.g. Victors/Si/La Finca/Asia/Ampola/tennis club), 10mins walk to Hyatt. Very peaceful/private - not overlooked at all. Large pool (limited shallow area) regularly cleaned, great feature rock in middle - loved by children! lovely terraces (~4) great for entertaining/BBQs. Stunning view from roof terrace. Flexible "sprawling" tardis like- accommodation, hugh master suite. Lot of marble steps internally, but otherwise child friendly (we took travel stairgate for crawling 12m old last year which was really worth it). Kitchen well equipped - large fridge/freezer. Large bathrooms. Good service from owner - very trustworthy and pleasant. Property very clean on arrival - you have to pay for mid-week cleans (we never bothered, took ~10mins to sweep through). Property management company efficient once engaged, took 3 calls to get engineer to fix air-con, but prompt service once arranged. Layout of accommodation would ideally suit 2/3 families sharing, all bedrooms carpeted (triple and double bedrooms on lower floor with bathroom, middle twin bedroom en-suite and master suite on top floor, or one larger family. Only fault we found was slightly tired patio furniture/sun loungers - but small criticism of great villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
