Stunning villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on one level and bedroom 4 and bathroom 4 on lower level with self-contained access, very well decorated. Can be rented as 3 or 4 bedroom property and rental rates here are for 3 bedrooms. Large lounge with Cable TV/DVD/Video/Hifi & CD player and dining area which seats 8. Air conditioned/heated in bedrooms one, two, three and lounge and dining area (bedroom four has fan and heater). Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large pool 10 X 5m, can be heated at an extra charge. Superb terrace with several seating areas, ample garden furniture, BBQ and some views. Roof terrace. Lower level is a entered from the exterior (self contained access) with one bedroom and one bathroom. Located in the La Manga Club resort, world famous for golf, spa, tennis and every other facility imaginable. Golf & Tennis discounts apply for four persons.

La Manga Club is situated in the unspoilt south eastern corner of Spain in the region of Murcia. The southern end of the Costa Blanca, known as the Costa Calida (the Warm Coast) has one of the lowest rainfalls in Europe and plenty of sunshine! This resort offers some of the most superb sports and leisure facilities to suit all tastes and ages including golf, tennis, spa, horse riding, cycling, scuba diving, pitch & putt and more. Plenty of lovely restaurants on site and evening entertainment. There are good beaches nearby; the unique Mar Menor with warm, safe and shallow waters and long promenades for walks within a 10 minute drive and La Cala beach cove on resort. Further afield there are more places of interest such as Murcia town, the regional capital, full of historic sites and excellent shops. Also Cartagena with its 3000 year old naval port, which is now a busy city with a wealth of museums and excellent restaurants. Definitely worth a visit for all the family.

Bedroom four is located on lower level with separate self contained access and has a double bed, also available on the lower level is a shower room. All bedrooms are in excellent decorative order. Bedrooms one, two and three have air conditioning/heating as well as lounge and dining area. Bedroom four has a fan and heater.

Notes: The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are all on one level but there are a few shallow steps along the path to the front door so I have not ticked suitable for elderly/infirm/wheelchair access because of this. Maid service is once weekly when linen and towels are changed, therefore if you are there for a two week stay it will be once during the two weeks. Property can be rented as a three or four bedroom for six or eight people.
