This luxurious villa located in the Montemares development, 10 minutes from facilities, boasts GOLF RIGHTS (50% discount on Golf), a private heated pool (heating extra) electronic gates and stunning views over the South and North Golf Courses and out to the sea beyond. It is decorated to an exceptionally high standard and is truly luxurious. The villa has an excellently equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and ceramic hob. It has a large separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the terrace, is dining seating for 8, BBQ, and a beautiful wrought iron table and Balinese Day Bed and chairs to relax and take in the stunning view. The pool can be heated out of high season. 3 of the 4 bathrooms are en suite, two suites comprising additional dressing rooms. There is also a guest powder room. What can i say, absolutely fantastic villa. Had everything we needed and more.

The kitchen was so well equipped we only ate out the once.

Bedrooms very large and bright.

Within 10 mins walk to Bellaluz.

The villa was in very good order and very well maintained. My family and I have had several holidays in La Manga over the years and this was by far the most luxurious accommodation we've ever had.

It even had a lift (much to the amusement of my kids).

We're definitely going back again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Stayed for a sneaky week with the family, was an owner ourselves until last year so know the Club very well and still loved it . Thought the Villa was great and for us La Manga is all about the views and they didn't disappoint. Pool was perfect size and maintained to a high standard, Kitchen extremely well equipped and the outside living/dining space was perfect for that glass of wine early evening.
The downstairs bedroom probably best suited for children but still lovely enough and plenty of bathrooms. Would certainly have no hesitation in renting again and found the process extremely easy.
Go ahead and book as you'll have a great time....enjoy !

We loved this villa, it was well furnished and comfortable, it had everything we wanted and more. We needed at least another week to take advantage of all it has to offer. (A barbecue and a few more evenings on the terrace would have been the icing on the cake) maybe next time!

The location was within walking distance of bars and restaurants, with wonderful views over the club, the surrounding area and the Mar Menor.

Four couples (or any other family combination) can stay here easily with facilities enabling everyone to have their own bathroom. (The only small drawback, a minor detail, is that the 4th bedroom, still with it's own bathroom, which in itself is very nice, is in the basement) I wouldn't let this put me off the villa.

The guys played the three golf courses which they thoroughly enjoyed.

La Finca, El Bistro, Si and Uncle Sam's were all excellent and if you book early at La Finca and get the table on the bandstand you will enjoy a special evening.

If you can find time to fit in morning tea, we can recommend the Cafe Si.

The management company were very helpful, the property was clean and well-maintained. We would most certainly love to go back and have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends.
