Local Activities :
Cabo de Palos has a selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance. By the beach are a nice selection of seafood restaurants. The beaches here are unspoilt and are about a 5 minute walk from the apartments. The area is still very Spanish with small restaurants and cafeterias serving local dishes.
The tranquil waters of the Mar Menor are great for families. It is also popular for all types of water sports.
Scuba diving is popular in this area and there are schools in La Manga and Cabo de Palos which organise daily trips by boat and offering equipment to rent.
Nearby are tennis clubs with courts open to the public all year round, they also have a great selection of bars and restaurants. Nearby is also a full size go-kart track.
The area is mostly flat and great for walking & cycling. There also the natural beaches of Calblanque which offer spectacular coastlines and beaches
