Located with wonderful views overlooking the Mar Menor and the Thomas Maestre Marina this apartment is well served by an array of local shops and banks only a few hundred metres away. Restaurants and bars around the marina are only 250m walk. Beaches on the Med and Mar Menor are also only 300 m walk away. The local supermarket is only 100m walk. The area is well known for its water sports, fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing,Jet Ski /Boat hire/charter etc. The area is can also be explored safely on bicycles. The apartments has three swimming/paddling pools and on site tennis.

Golf: NEW La Manga Golf- by the sea. La Manga Strip now has first of two nine hole golf courses which opened December 2004. The New course is only 3 minutes drive away from the apartment. The new course also has a floodlit driving range. Other courses are currently available in the area giving the golfer a 'range'! (pardon the pun) of courses to choose from.

We have just spent three idyllic weeks relaxing in this apartment.
It has all you need and more to enjoy your holiday even bicycles to help you get around locally.
The location is ideal ,just a few minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants with a large supermarket around the corner.
We can recommend the roof terrace not only for sunbathing but we also have some great BBQs up there
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Gotta watch what we say about this apartment as Nicky and Robin are friends of ours!
Joking aside their apartment is fabulous ...with great views over the harbour and Mar Menor especially when the sun's 'dipping over the yard-arm' and you're cracking open that first San Miguel of the evening on the rooftop terrace!!!
The apartment is spacious, clean, fitted with every appliance you could possibly need and has great access to parking, shops, beaches and restaurants/ bars.
The tennis court and pool were always accessible and the pool regularly cleaned.
The nearby restaurants are varied -we particularly liked the Mexican one whose name escapes me now, and we found a great Indian in Los Alcazares (which is over the otherside of Mar Menor!).
The beaches, especailly on the Mar Menor side of the strip, are great and would be perfect for young children with shallow and very warm sea.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

What an excellent apartment. Spread on three floors very spacious clean and well maintained. The kitchen facilities are outstanding with local supermarkets within a two minute walk.
The pool area is well maintained and the tennis courts a bonus in August we never had a problem getting on. Everything is within a few minutes walk excellent bars restaurants and the marina.
We have already recommended this to friends, been twice ourselves and hoping to return next year.

We have just returned from this excellent apartment and would thoroughly recommend the facilities to anyone who is thinking of booking.

The views from the roof terrace were stunning and the sunsets each night were superb.

The apartment has everything you need from a holiday apartment and the location is excellent for people looking for a quiet and relaxing break.

It was very clean and tidy and could not be faulted.

There are some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and a well stocked supermarket within 1 minute of the apartment.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to our family and friends and we intend to re-book next time we are going to that part of Spain.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
