La Manga Strip - 2 bed apartment overlooking the 'Two Seas'
Standing on the large 6th floor balcony you have magnificent views over the 'two seas' to your right is the Mediterranean Sea with its endless beaches of white sand, crystal clear water, cliffs, lively ports and picturesque coves. To your left is the mar menor lagoon, with its warm shallow waters measuring 170km 2. Step back into the lounge with two sofas, coffee table, TV etc. Further on is the kitchen area which is fully equipped including, dishwasher and washing machine, iron etc. One bedroom is with king bed and fitted wardrobes the length of the room. The other has two twin beds with fitted wardrobes also. The bathroom is complete with shower and bidet. Linen and towels are provided. Although you will need your own beach towels. The patio is very large and there is a table and chairs you can bring the table inside and dine. Private off street parking within the building grounds.

The areas climate has more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, winters average temp is 18c! Perfect location for fishing, sailing, diving, scuba etc. The lagoon is popular with the natives for its healing minerals. Wonderful for young children as no tide and shallow and warm. There are many famous Golf courses near by. Bird life, horse riding, cycling, climbing, trekking. This historical area with ancient caves, paintings, incredible architecture and museums. Fabulous markets with organic fruit and veg. Good bars and of course the food is second to none. Two airports near by 'Murcia' approx 20 Kim and Alicante. Still unspoilt, popular with the Spanish for their vacations and still very cheap to eat out, so you can enjoy the wonderful entertainments they have to offer.

Notes to the rental rates

There is a security deposit of 100 euros payable on pick up of the keys in cash. This is in lieu of damages or key loss. On the day of departure and inspection of the undamaged property and return of the keys it will be returned.

There is a 50 euro compulsory fee for clean of the property on your departure. This is payable on pick up of keys. There are absolutely no other hidden extras or payments to make. There is a deposit of £100 to hold the booking and the balance to be paid approx 4 weeks before arrival. this will form a contract between you and us.

There is a complimentary service of meet and greet at the airports if you so require.
Murcia is 50 euros each way.
Alicante is 90 euros each way. This is payable to the driver.
