Luxury Apartment over looking a large Marina:
The apartment is a very well equiped holiday home, a home from home. It has two good sized bedrooms both with air- conditioning and heating. One bedroom is a twin and the other is a double. One bathroom with an overhead shower and bath, bidet, sink and WC.
The kitchen is fully fitted with, washing machine, cooker, oven, fridge, and microwave. All utensils are included.
The living room/diner is spacious & overlooks the Marina, with direct access onto the balcony. There is more than enough room for 4 people to lounge around. There are a large selection of books, DVD's, CD´s & games. The balcony view benefits from fantastic sunsets.
Included in the price you are welcomed with wine, or light refreshments on arrival then I will talk you through safety issues and local recommendation of sites & restaurants then I leave you to enjoy your holiday. The apartment is stocked with coffee, tea, orange juice, water, cheese, olives, butter, bread & milk, again included in the price.
The Community Complex:
This includes, a large out door swimming Pool, with an adults and child's section. A tennis court which can be booked with the concierge.
Activities include: Sailing, diving, cruises, jet ski, health and beauty, sport driving on racing, circuit, paintball, cultural tourism, trekking, mountain biking, horse riding, climbing car renting, scooter and bicycle renting.
Cyling, the best way to get around the local area, although would not advice to do July and August because of the heat. Contact number is in the apartment just simply dial it and the bikes will be delivered to your apartment.
Rates include cycling helmet and lock.
1 day 15 euros.
2 days 25 euros.

On hand Facilities and Bookings Conditions:
The Beach: On hand a short 10 minute stroll along a promenade is your nearest beach. From June - September, there are an array of water sport at hand and sun lounger hire, this is on the mar menor side where the water is very warm and great for kids learning to swim. There is a large restaurant here on the beach.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 A25% deposit is required when booking your holiday.
2 Anyone using the accomodation does so entirely at their own risk. The owners do not accept reponsibility for loss or damage to persons and their personal property.
3 To maintain our high standards a key deposit of £100 is required to protect against loss or accidental damage to fixtures and fittings. This is payable by cash on arrival. It will be refunded on your final day.
