Our lovely apartment is situated between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea on the northern end of the La Manga Strip. Our ground-floor apartment is only a few years old. The apartment is clean, light and airy and the impressive lockable-gated patio, which overlooks 3 safe communal swimming pools as well as surrounding gardens and a tennis court, can be reached directly from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen.Car parking is available. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with easy access (no stairs/steps), making it ideal for wheelchair access . There is under-floor heating throughout and the lounge and bedroom are air-conditioned. It is excellent for children as they can be observed from the patio whilst playing in the children's pool. Furthermore, the patio provides a safe and secure playing area with a lockable gate. For your entertainment we have satellite TV, DVD player as well as a music centre although most guests prefer to watch the sun setting over the Mar Menor!

Golf: La Manga Club, the famous golfing complex, is a 20 minute drive away. It has 3 x l8-hole golf courses. There are also other excellent golf courses within an hour's drive.
