    * Linen is included for the two bedrooms only and not the sofa bed - should linen be required for the double sofa bed an additional £20 is required.
    * The cost of the rental also includes a preclean of the apartment for guest's arrival.

    *PLEASE NOTE - This apartment has been a favourite for long term lets due to its location & views - Should you wish to consider renting for one month or more, very favourable rates will be quoted & will include utilities.
  • The rental is for the property only and does not include transport to and from the apartment, however should you not wish to hire a car arrangements can be made to pick up and return to specified airport:
    San Javier (Murcia Airport) to La Manga - 50 euro. Pick up and Return 100 euro
    Alicante Airport to La Manga - 100 euro. Pick up and Return 200 euro.

    A 'Welcome Pack' containing essential food items is included at NO EXTRA COST on all bookings for 5 days or more, this will include: Bread, Butter, Jam, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Fresh Milk, Bottled Water.
