Two new ground floor apartments at the highly prestigious Puerto Marina Complex. Ideally located in the delightful Spanish resort of Los Alcazares, less than ten minutes drive from Murcia airport, so no long transfers. Situated in a quiet location but only five minutes walk to local shops, bars and restaurants & less than ten minutes to the sandy, blue flag beach. Each apartment is fully equipped and can sleep up to 6 people. There are two spacious twin bedrooms one with additional pull out bed, built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Each apartment has a travel cot & high chair. A lounge/dining area with double sofa bed, TV, dining table that extends to seat 6, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine etc. Each apartment has a terrace, complete with table & chairs and a large patio area. One overlooks farmland and the other a large communal swimming pool with separate pool for small children, both are ideal for family holidays.

This ground floor apartment has two twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The first bedroom has a chest of drawers, hair-dryer and a travel cot plus fold up high chair located under the bed. No bed linen is provided for the travel cot so please bring your own. In the second bedroom there are two 3 draw bedside cabinets and a additional single pull-out bed. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and other seating that can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has satellite TV with a wide selection of all your popular English TV channels including BBC, ITV etc so you do not have to miss favorite soap etc. There is also a number of children channels to keep them occupied. There is also a DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette. The dining room table can be extended for six people. Outside there is a ground-floor balcony complete with table and chairs and this leads to a large patio/garden area that overlooks the pool.

Los Alcazares is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. For families with small children the clean sandy beach is very safe, with shallow water and little tide. There is also an attractive 7k promenade dotted with numerous beachfront bars. The area has an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Numerous bars, cafes and restaurants (Spanish, Italian, Chinese, English) provide a wide variety of drinks, meals and entertainment. There is a lively market on Saturday & Tuesday when a variety of bargain goods are available. For golfers there are at least 7 golf courses (4 of international standard) located within a short drive including the popular La Manga Club. The historical Moorish cities of Murcia & Cartagena are easily reached by car and worth a visit for sightseeing and shopping.

  • If you are thinking of getting away and avoiding the British winter we offer a special rate of 550 Euros per month for the period Nov 2009 - Mar 2010. Please contact us for more details.
  • A holding non refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Prices fully inclusive of linen (excluding travel cot) and towels (excluding beach towels). We also require a security bond cheque of £50 which is returned after your holiday. Negotiable rates for long lets are available. Late bookings full payment required. Flexible arrival and departure dates.
  • On arrival at your apartment you will be met by our local British representatives Kevin or Glenda who will help familiarise you with everything and explain all you need to know to have a great holiday. Alternatively for a small fee payable locally they offer a meet and greet service at both Murcia or Alicante airport and will transfer you directly to your apartment with no hassle so you can relax after your journey. For your peace of mind our representatives will also provide a 24hr emergency contact service. We can also arrange for a welcome pack of essential grocery items to get you started to be available when you arrive at your apartment. The fee for this is again payable locally and we can discuss details when you contact us.

A Brilliant location

It depends on what you want from a holiday. If you are looking for a superbly fitted out apartment, sun on your own private garden with sun loungers only three meters from a superb pool from early morning to late in the evening, the security of a locked gated complex and the availability of excellent restaurants only five minutes walk away, look no further. My only advice is to book this apartment early as it is in big demand.
Thanks Kim for all the helpful information provided at the apartment as your advice on restaurants was spot on. The backup provided by Glenda and Gerry was also appreciated especially organising our return to the airport.

We have just come back from Kims apartment, it was one of the best holidays we have had. The apartment has all you could need for your stay, and the niebghours bend over backwards to help you. You have two pools, with a rail to help you into the water as i am disabled this was a big help. the side of the apartment is a sun trap, with beds for your use. it is only a ten minute walk ( i don't walk very fast) to shops and bars. So if you are looking for a quiet holiday with some sun bathing it's ideal, if you like it liverly then the bars restaurants are on your doorstep. Thank You kim we will be back again and again

we had a fabulous time kim was so friendly from the first email and phone call.at first we were dissapointed we never got the appt at the pool but quickly realised that appt B was the better option,as we were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls.we had the piece and quiet of the garden in the afternoon, no screaming, spoilt, over tired heat stroked kids to spoil your day.sorry mums and dads but theres a time of year to take young kids on holiday and its not the height o summer that they cannot handle. los alzares was lovely no lager louts(only when we met our neighbours and we went out to dinner and had one too many).our daughters sadly were bored and spent the fortnight in the internet cafe while we sat in the bars next to it so we would find it difficult to get them to go again for two weeks, 1 week would be enough for them and only as a last resort. but me and hubby thought it was first class.
we found it very difficult to spend our money it was so cheap. so if you dont need to watch your kids at the pool side pick appt B. appy A is ideal if you have young ones and need to be on pool side 24/7. we booked £40 return ryanair flights from prestwick so where else can you get a 2 week family of 4 holiday in june/july for £800. Kim &Steve your appartment was wonderful and we give it 100%

Fabulous Location and LA is beautiful

This apartment (A) is great for familes with young children, has everything you need for a 2 week holiday. Excellent location right by the pool, probably one of the best on the complex I would say. Washing machine came in very handy. Los Alcazares itself is lovely, a perfect location if going away with babies/toddlers for the first time. Very quiet location, beautiful safe beach, lovely flat promenade, great for pram pushing. Have met Kim (the owner) on our recent trip there and she is very helpful. Kevin is on hand to collect you from the airport and in resort should you need anything. All round great place, we love it!!! We are already planning our third trip for 2009. A safe would be good but think that is something us Brits just feel more comfortable with. Lovely place give it a try!!!

Realy nice apartment, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and very clean. Only one thing missing we thought and that was a safe for passports and money etc,The beds were typical tourist beds very small but ok for us on a short weekend break. Apartment looked out onto pool and had a lovely patio area which had the sun all day. Los Alcazares promenade is wonderful and a walk to the other end is a must for some real spanish Tapas bars etc. It is a great shame that there is so much grafitti around the resort. Owners arranged airport transfers for 25 euro and a very nice englishman called Terry was the driver. Nice break
