The apartment is furnished to a high standard, there is air conditioning to both bedrooms, providing both cooling and heating. The lounge has a large colour TV, with satellite system giving all your UK channels, combined with a DVD/CD player. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave & large fridge freezer. To the rear is a 'utility room' containing a washing machine. Bedroom one has a double bed, built in wardrobe & a safe. Bedroom two has two single beds, built in wardrobe. The rear of the property has an enclosed patio area with clothes line. The front of the property has a patio area with table and four chairs and parasol. The beach is a 10 minute walk away, where you will find a number of beach bars providing sun beds & sunshades to rent. There is a water sport school where you can arrange a number of activities from windsurf lessons to sailing, diving can also be arranged. Pedalos are also available.

Nearest Airport: Murcia (San Janvier) at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: AP7 at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500 Metres

Los Alcazares is situated on the shores of the Mar Menor. It has beautiful sandy beaches and warm shallow water which is ideal for children. The Town is a mix of both traditional Spanish life and a more modern lifestyle. There is a good mix of restaurants and cafe/bars providing something for everyone. The area is being developed, with a lot of money being spent on local amenities. All this is being carefully controlled to prevent it becoming a new Benidorm, and to retain some of its original charm and laid back pace of life. There are a number of golf courses within easy drive of the town. And with a car there is plenty to see and do within a reasonable drive.

Just returned from two wonderful weeks in Los Alcazares. Apartment was great - clean, comfortable and wonderfully cool. We didn't even have to use the air con much - the ceiling fans were totally adequate. Good location - near the busy plaza with restaurants and bars and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Just back from a most enjoyable and relaxing stay to this beautiful part of Spain. Which retains its Spanish feel and is where many Spaniards go for their holidays!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners have obviously tried to provide everything you could possibly want. The air-con in both bedrooms was a definite plus!

The complex is a mixture of residential and holiday lets and the life guard kept everything carefully under control, which was a welcome relief as the pool area can be quite busy at times.

The apartment is just a 5 minutes stroll from the Mercadona Plaza where there is a large supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. A further 2-3 minutes and you are on the long sandy beach. A car is not necessary unless you want to explore further afield.

Truly idyllic. I would recommend this to everyone and will definitely be returning again in the near future.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable.

We are a famiy of 4 including children of 1 and 4 and have just come back from having a fantastic time. The apartment was really great and couldnt have wished for more, it had everything we needed and the location was great too. The beach is fab for small children as its so shallow and so cristal clear. We will definately be using it next year!
