Large penthouse apartment (110 m²), with fantastic pool views from every room. Hot and cold air conditioning perfect for all times of year.Comfortably furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard, the lounge has a sprung sofa bed with Satellite TV and DVD with a good range of British & Spanish channels. The dining room area is furnished in oak with leather chairs and there is ample tableware to seat eight. The master bed is king sized with a built over storage unit. The twin rooms are equipped with hotel standard beds. All bedrooms have full length wardrobes/drawers. There is a safe for added peace of mind.The main balcony is furnished with a patio table and 6 chairs; there is also direct access to the separate well equipped kitchen, including washer and fridge/freezer.The roof terrace(60sqm) has sun beds, patio set, and BBQ. New for 2008 iron pergola for extra comfort and shade. A real home from home! Special rates are available for autumn and winter bookings, please ask.

Nearest Airport: Murcia at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 600 Metres
Los Alcazares lies approximately 30km north of Cartagena and 40km south of Torrevieja. The apartment is within a 10 minute drive of Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante. The town has many amenities including a supermarket and shops situated within a 5 minute walk, with restaurants serving everything from steak to sushi. There is also a good selection of bars varying from the traditional Spanish Tapas bar to the slightly more touristy Irish bar. The old town features a market square which buzzes with life on Tuesdays. It also boasts a great Spanish Tapas and fish restaurant which is frequented by the King of Spain. The beach lies within a 10 minute walk and is palm tree lined with clean golden sand. The sea is shallow and gently shelving, making it suitable for all abilities of bathers. The whole area in and around Los Alcazares is very flat and is excellent for disabled access.

Lovely apartment which was furnished to a very high standard, and very clean, the pool area was great for children with 2 kids pools and 2 large pools. The roof terrace was also good with BBQ area and great sun trap, Located only 5 mins walk to the precinct which has various restaurants and bars which is good for a night out with young children as they are not too loud. The beach is about 10 mins from the apartment and the sea is great for children as it is very shallow and calm due to it being a lagoon, various beach bars located along the promenade.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

Lovely spacious apartment overlooking the pool. You can tell that the owners have furnished this property to a high standard, using high quality furniture. The sun shines on the balcony in the morning which is extremely pleasant, leaving the apartment cool er towards the evening. Lovely views over the swimming pools.
Just a short walk to the bars and restaurants - very family orientated or for couples. Not a disco in sight!!. Loved every minute - we will certainly visit again.
