The puertosol complex is a gated totally secure apartment block which has a large swimming pool in the centre. Kids can play at there leisure with parents knowing they can't escape! The apartment has a large lounge dining room with a sun terrace off with patio furniture. The kitchen has microwave, hob, washing machine etc . The two bedrooms are both large with fitted wardrobes, the first bedroom has a double bed and a single. The second has two single beds. The property benefits from internal stairs which lead you to the private solarium with bbq and sun loungers.

The duplex has a kitchen area with washing machine, hob, microwave etc which leads onto the lounge dining area which has a sofa bed with TV and DVD (plus about 50 DVDs), the dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people. From the dining area there are patio doors onto a private terrace with bbq and patio furniture. From the lounge there are stairs to a large bathroom and two bedrooms. the one has a double bed the other has two singles. Each room is fitted with ceiling fans. The properties have portable radiators in case it gets chilly in the winter months.

Puerto de Mazarron is situated on the Costa Calida which is translated as the warm coast. The area is known as the Spanish Cornwall beautiful beaches and mountain backdrops. Within walking distance are two large beaches with many smaller coves a short drive. again within walking distance are restaurants and bars catering for all nationalities, I’m afraid there are no McDonalds or nightclubs on every corner all nationalities sit outside the many restaurants watching the sun set over the sea . The area has a wonderful climate with winter temps not going below 15 degrees and summer being mid 30's . for the sporty there are tennis courts nearby and two excellent golf courses within 20 minutes drive.
