The apartment complex: This is a low rise complex surrounding two swimming pools which are both accessed directly from the apartment. The apartment is directly opposite the children's pool. The accommodation is on the first floor accessed by stairs. It also includes a rooftop solarium which contains sun lounger’s and a barbecue. It has off-road parking and a small area at the side of the apartment for relaxing. The apartment itself contains a lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The lounge contains TV, CD player (including MP3 player), DVD player, a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa, coffee table and hair dryer. The dining area contains an extendable table which can seat six. In the double bedroom there is a double bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The single bedroom contains bunk beds and a further pull out bed. It has a stand up fan for safety. The kitchen contains washing machine, oven, hob, sink, fridge, iron, kettle and microwave.

Bolneuvo is a small village about 3km from Peurto de Mazarron. Is about a 50 minute drive from San Javier airport into which several low cost airline fly. It can also be accessed using Alicante airport which is about 80 minutes drive away. The Costa Calida boasts one of the best climates in the whole of Spain with sunshine almost the whole year round. Bolnuevo is relatively unspoilt. It is a quiet area for most of the year but does get lively in the Summer months. Advice on the area as well as contacts for airport collection/drop off can be obtained from the owners.

  • The above rates are based on 5 people sharing. For each further person please add £20 per person per week. Long term rentals available also. Please contact the owners for rates. We ask for 100euro breakage deposit which is returned at the end of your stay. The key holders also ask for 20euro if you are arriving after 9pm and 50euros if you are arriving after 12midnight.
  • We have reduced the tariff for May for two weeks only beginning Feb 24 until March 9. For this period the tariff is reduced to £200 from £250.

  • There are two bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lounge. All linen and bedding is provided as are towels and tea towels. The apartment can sleep 5 comfortably but it is possible to accommodate 7 if necessary. This would include children and is probably not suitable for 7 adults.

Notes: As the accommodation is accessed by stairs it may be unsuitable for some elderly or infirm people but please get in touch with the owners and we can advise you. There are four garden chairs and 2 sun lounger’s. Please note this is usually a quiet laid back village but in July and August it does get very busy and it is quite a lively place. However this apartment complex is exclusively for the use of its occupants so the pools do not usually get that busy. A welcome basket containing tea, coffee, milk etc can be provided at a small charge. Smokers are welcome but please smoke outside the apartment.

Bolneuvo: Bolneuvo is a small seaside village with very good amenities. It has several good restaurants and bars as well as a well stocked supermarket and an internet cafe. The apartment is less than five minutes walk from the village from where buses run approximately hourly to the nearby Puerto de Mazarron which is realistically walkable at 3km. Buses to Murcia and Cartagena also leave from here. Although Bolneuvo is not a typical package tourist destination it possesses both tranquility and also a more lively time in the Summer months. As well as a wide sandy beach, there are also smaller coves a short distance up the coast which again is walkable.

Puerto de Mazarron: Puerto de Mazarron is a working port with several sandy beaches. There are many bars and restaurants where you can eat outside close to the sea. It has many different shops as well as a daily fish market and a lively Sunday market. There is a good information centre with with very helpful staff who can advise on most aspects. We, the owners, are very happy to help and advise also.

Local amenities: Swimming, fishing, walking and cycling. There is a beautiful 18 hole golf course at La Manga (40 minutes away). There is an 18 hole golf course also at Fuento Alamo (30minutes away) and a 9 hole golf course at Camposol (15 minutes away).
