Lovely 2nd floor apartment with enviable location on the prestigious La Torre Polaris World Resort; part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf trail. Well equipped and furnished to a high standard, the apartment overlooks a large communal pool, with the golf course and surrounding countryside beyond. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, and accommodation comprises: 2 bedrooms (both with access to rear balcony which enjoys sun in the evening), 1 bathroom, living area (with high quality sofabed), dining area and kitchen. The apartment boasts a large balcony to the front, with wonderful views. The apartment is air conditioned and heated, has satellite TV & DVD player and has private underground parking. The apartment is only a 2 minute stroll from the excellent on-site supermarket and pharmacy and is less than 5 minutes from the resort centre with its numerous restaurants and bars and golf club.

La Torre is a 10 minute drive from the warm waters of the Mar Menor lagoon, an ideal beach location for familiies due to the gently shelving sands. The resorts of Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera have a variety of bars, restaurants and beaches. For more lively resorts, the La Manga strip and Club are less than half an hour's drive. The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within a half hour drive away, and for those who enjoy shopping there are large shopping centres and leisure facilities in Murcia, Cartagena and San Javier. Nearby sporting activities include hill walking in the nearby mountains, to a wide selection of water sports at Mar Menor and on the coast. Golf is hugely popular in this area, and the Jack Nicklaus Trail offers golfers 9 course to chose from. Guests at La Torre will receive special discounts. Further north towards Benidorm you will find water parks, Terra Natura and Terra Mittica theme parks.

I have just returned from a weeks holiday in La Torre and I was very impressed with this apartment.

It was clean, tidy and exactly how the pictures portray so no nasty surprises.

The handover of the keys etc was all as arranged!

The resort overall is very family friendly and even though we were on a relaxing girls get-away we still found that there was lots to do.

The apartment itself, was within easy walking distance of the supermarket, hotel, bars, restaurants and clubhouse....which believe me many of the apartments aren't!!! Ideal if like us you don't want to hire a car!!!

I'd recommend booking the restaurants within the resort as they seem to get very busy, but then we were out there during the summer holidays!!!

There is plenty of entertaiment either in the Clubhouse, Bamboo or the good ole Irish Pub... so you never really need to leave.

We did pop into Murcia for an evening though which was beautiful... however if your looking for somewhere to eat I'd suggest getting there after 8pm as none of the restaurants open till then.

Throughly recommend this Apartment!!!

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely apartment. The view over the La Torre Golf course is fantastic and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time.

The apartment was very clean, modern and well maintained. The facilities at the resort are very good with plenty of restaurants and bars. There is also a well stocked supermarket within 5mins walk of the apartment.

I would definately recommend this apartment to my friends or anyone who is interested in golf.
