You can either simply sit on the balcony with a bottle of chilled champagne enjoying the warm sea breeze and people watch or if you prefer go for a swim, a boat ride or fishing trip. • A £125 or 15% deposit (whichever greater) is required within 7 days of reserving.
  Balance of rental to be paid either in four weeks in advance in UK or cash (euros) on arrival

• Short stay rates...4 persons (min 4 nights) are available excluding Easter, Dec 13th to Dec 23rd.
  Ideal for a long weekend, visiting relatives or property seeking. £8 per night per additional person.
  A 'Welcome Pack ' can be purchased from 18.00 euros.
  
• Change of bed linen after 7 days with every fortnight booking. I regret NO all boy or all girl groups under 25 yrs of age.
  If arriving after 9.00pm there will be an additional 20.00 euro charge for being met.

In the summer Lo Pagan is a pleasant

Lo Pagan is a very Spanish beach resort with numerous bars and restaurants catering from English,Portugese, Italian, American, Chinese and of course authentic Spanish seafood and tapas. The beaches of the Mar Menor with soft sand and shallow water make them ideal for children. Take a leisurely stroll along the miles of promenade shaded by palm trees. Nightlife is plentiful with clubs and street cafes, outside shows and beach activities plus a fairground. Not forgetting of course the numerous local fiestas having carnivals and live music. In the winter months it is very restful but there are still a plenty of bars, restaurants and shops available. For those who like shopping there is 'Dos Mares' a new shopping mall only 2 km away with two floors of modern shops, cafes, Mcdonalds, bowling and cinema. For your every day needs a supermarket is just around the corner with banks, chemists, etc., all nearby

Lo Pagan is famous for its theraputic mud.

Hundreds of Spaniards come to the local salt lakes to cover themselves head to foot in mud, stroll along the sea wall whilst the mud bakes then bathe in the Mar Menor. The mud is said to have a number of healing properties. Whilst the salt lakes are a thriving local industry still producing salt for export part of the wetlands are now a Nature Reserve protecting various animal and bird life including flamingos. There is are designated walkways through the lakes for sightseers and birdwatchers. To the back of the salt lakes you can go over the sand dunes and you are on the Mediterranean Sea with miles of unsploit and uncrowded beach. Follow the road through the salt lakes and this will take you to the fishing port and international marina which is currently being modernised introducing more restaurants and facilities. New to Lo Pagan, by the salt lakes, is a new water therapy venue catering for all types of massage, beauty and relaxation therapies including jet pools and jacuzzies.
