New second floor apartment at the highly prestigious Lodo Sol Holiday complex. Complete with private, secure underground parking, with lift and stair access to the apartment. Pushchair, wheelchair friendly with ramps and lifts to all of the main areas. Especially of interest to families with smaller children, the complex is walled and gated for added security. The swimming pool has a walled kiddie pool area within. Also within the pool is a jacuzzi area for relaxation. 4 Sun loungers belonging to the apartment can be found by the side of the pool. Also beside the pool are showers. Well maintained garden areas surround the pool. On site bar and restaurant, with entertainment via the restaurant on a Saturday night. Ten minutes drive from Murcia airport, less than five minutes walk to local shops, bars and restaurants and less than ten minutes walk to the sandy, blue flag beach of Playa De Villananitos on the Mar Menor.

The apartment has an intercom system. A travel cot is supplied with bedding. On the roof area there are several barbecue's with sinks adjacent and washing lines for drying clothes.

Pick up and drop off at the airport can be arranged. We can also organise golfing trips to and from the apartment using six or seven seater vehicles. There are two golf courses within 10 minutes drive from the apartment, and 5 more within a 30 minute drive.

Apartment was extremely clean and tidy and very spacious.Contained all the necessary equipment needed for a self catered property.Provided t.v, with english channels and dvd/Cd player. keyholder transported us to and from airport which saved taxi hastle.close to beach and local amenties.pool area clean and spacious.view from terrace apartment overlooking road, not pool area but didnt matter as not used much, plus apartment interior compensated for this.Was very cheap to eat out and more enjoyable to explore the area for restaurants.menu for excellent chinese restaurant found in apartment.bar menu within Lodosol block fabulous, especially homemade pizzas.A good information folder provided for visitors with helpful tips and phone numbers.general atmosphere around the aprtment block, very friendly and family orientated with no loud music or disturbances.this is the perfect holiday location for those wanting to relax, enjoy the sun, eat out, visit local markets and bars.there is no any sightseeing to be done or historic places of interest around.car rental would probably be needed to widen the choices of activity.duty free is very poor at Murcia airport so buy your cigs and perfume etc on the outbound journey.otherewise take home your cigs from the local shops as they are next to nothing in price.overall a pleasant experience.
