“Hill top House” Our luxury bungalow with a romantic location! Part of a small development, it was our home for 2 years. Now it’s for rent as a comfortable Home from Home. Like having your own Villa. 2 bedrooms 2 Bathrooms even a dishwasher and Air/Conditioning A comunial Swimming pool used buy 5 homes, There is a conservatory /Utility room with extra seating also a sink and Washing machine. We also provide a portable BBQ . The Bungalow is high on a hill called El Caemoli, with its GREAT views over the Mar Menor-Sea and La Manga strip. Its only 500 meters from the sea and beach; which is very safe for swimming, All this is only 20 minuets from Murcia airport. I will personally welcome you to Hill Top House to show you around. You will find a FREE welcome pack of food and drink to help you though the first hours, till you can shop. Los Alcazares town is only 4 miles, great for shopping and supermarkets, There is a pleasant promenade with Tapas bars and resturants.

The Murcia coast is known as the Costa Calida (the Warm Coast). Murcia is as yet undiscovered by most UK holidaymakers, so it offers a charm not found in most of the Costa’s. Our home is located in a small village which has a selection of restaurants and bars, all close to the Palm lined sea front Promenade, its about 500 meters, from the house, and stretches the whole length of the Village, Which is surrounded by farmland producing mostly oranges and lemons. There are many open air markets in the area where you can purchase local produce, One of the best buys in Spain, are the Leather Goods, you will be amazed at the price of Shoes and Hand Bags. Close access to the motorway (one & a half miles) makes local towns and cities, quickly available.

Weekly change of bed linen and towels, if you stay for more than one week. The house has its own large solarium with table, chairs, sun beds, barbecue, and also lighting. We live locally, so are available for any information or help you may need. WE keep our home to a high standard, so no young children please, let me know your children’s ages before booking. Hill Top is a NO Smoking house, There are ash buckets outside. The house has its own off-road parking. We have had many disabled guests staying at hill Top! Please ask for details before booking.

Golf: There are many new golf courses in the area, 2 within 4 miles. LOW ROMERO Courses about 20 minuets drive, and only 35 Euros a round, Most water sports are available around the Mar-Menor it’s the largest inland sea in Europe, were the temperature is around 5 degrees warmer that the Mediterranean and very clear. There are three Islands in the Mar Menor which you can visit. You can hire jet skis, learn sailing go pony trekking, Hill walking or hire a bike, do some go-carting, snorkeling and lots more.

HI Peter, Thank you for everything in respect of our holiday at HILL TOP HOUSE. We have had a fabulous week. The house has everything you require to make it a perfect base for touring the wonderful Mar Menor region.
The views are breathtaking! We ate out most nights and ranged from the cheap and cheerful to the more expensive and excellent.
Thanks again Peter, we will be back.

Thanks for lovely two weeks. We were a bit worried the heat would be too much this time of year, but the Air-condition was excellent and the sea breeze was lovely. Although there is some very good restaurants in the towns nearby we found the most reasonable and best meals for us were those we prepared at home with Spanish ingredients bought at Local markets and supermarkets.
The house, the views and the weather were great. We rented a small boat in La Manga for half a day and sailed on the Mar Menor.

We had a very enjoyable holiday , very well equipped for a good self catering holiday. The owner was very helpful and caring to our needs. Would definitely like to go again
