Pinocasa is a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment, consisting of 1 bedroom with king-size bed and bedroom 2 comprises of 2 3ft single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, drawer units, electric fans, rugs and subdued lighting, travel cot with bedding & high chair. Bathroom comprises of bath, shower & WC, with good quality bathroom fittings & towelling bathrobes. Lounge area consists of leather corner seating, dining room table & chairs, TV/DVD/CD/Radio with satellite TV. Kitchen has oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board, with all the usual kitchen accessories, fire blanket, first aid kit, children’s safety gate for kitchen, children’s eating and drinking accessories. The outside balcony has a small table and chairs, with gates to keep little people safe. The roof solarium has a table & chairs with parasol, sunbeds, barbecue, shower & beautiful panoramic sea and mountain views, outside lighting

Spain, Costa Calida, Mazarron, Murcia, La Azohia is cuddled by mountains and surrounded by sea. The beautiful sandy beach stretches for miles and even in the highest season you can find a beach to yourselves. The area has a quiet village atmosphere with some local bars and shops and the La Azohia 4 star hotel. The Port of Mazarron is 10 minutes drive away, and the main shopping area is just further along about 5 minutes drive. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Sunday market, bank and hotels. The town of Mazarron is 25 minutes drive away from the apartment, with Cartagena being 20 minutes away, which also has some lovely shops. The surrounding area is very rural with mountain scenery and lots of greenery. There are small pockets of different towns, such as Fuente Alamo and La Manga especially for golfing.

  • Prices include cleaning, welcome pack, and linen including towels and beach towels. A damage deposit of ?150 is payable at the time of full payment, which will be returned within 5 days after the rental assuming there have been no breakages.
    A Late arival fee of 20euros after 9pm and 30euros after 12pm. Payable to Pamela on arrival.
    A 20e fee will be deducted from your deposit if the barbecue is left uncleaned, this will be given to Pamela.

Notes: There is a communal swimming pool just outside the apartment, car parking, the site has a bar/restaurant with the La Azohia 4 star hotel just a short distance away for some good meals and drinks plus a fitness club and spa. The lovely sandy beach is just along the road, it has a very soft slope making it very safe for children. The area is relaxing and quiet, it's a real get away from everything, with beautiful and romantic surroundings, there are various sports locally, together with a lovely fishing village where you can sit by many of the local bars and watch the daily catch coming in. La Azohia is for people who enjoy making their own entertainment with plenty to offer.

Guest Review: 'Reviewing: Apartment PinoCasa La Azohia (Property Ref: 22373) Firstly the apartment is great. When we arrived we were met by a lovely couple who showed us around and told us where the best restaurants were. The apartment is a home away from home with the comfort of a dishwasher, a washing m/c and a large BBQ. These items are invaluable when spending two weeks on a beach! Trust me! The apartment is new and very well decorated and equipped. There is a massive roof top area where we had a number of BBQ’s and dinners. There are great views of the sea and mountains from it too. Most nights we watched the sun go down while sipping wine bought from the local super market. An excellent location for those who like to relax. The beach is only 4 mins walk away and is not over run. There is plenty to do for those who like water sports and if you simply like to sit on the beach you have a choice of sandy or stony beaches. Full equipment with high quality material and tools.
It is like you stay in the house from your best friends an they gave this jewel only fore you .

Our First Trip To Spain

We were immediately impressed with the apartment and it was as described in the rental advertisement. We arrived to find a very clean apartment with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Pam and Clive are the folks who handle the keys and they were very attentive and most helpful when the airline lost our baggage and in answering our many questions. They also provided access to their computer and phone and they took messages which helped in the recovery of the bags. The property owner was equally helpful when advised of our dilemma. Thanks to their kindness we now have new friends whom we will definitely keep in touch with.
We would most certainly recommend this property to our friends and family. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning to Pinocasa! Probably the best things about the area is the peace and quiet and the access to nearby attractions. We quickly forgot all the daily problems we encounter when at home and got in a lot of good reading time and really got to spend meaningful time together. We also were able to obtain a lot of good information related to finding family members in the Cartagena area. Now that we are familiar with the essentials related to Spanish life we will return to spend more time sightseeing and visiting the many attractions in the nearby area as well as looking for relatives.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great appartment, very well equipped and maintained everything you could want for a self catering holiday.
Fantastic roof solarium and BBQ.
Was on holiday with a 3 year old who found the local beaches safe, clean and uncrowded, good bars and resturants nearby, sort car journeys and there are many further great beaches and shopping available.
well recomended and will be back, weather in april was wonderfull lots of Sun and very warm, But not too hot as with small child.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Lovely, immaculate apartment, everything you need with an exceptionally spacious terrace above - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine (of which there is plenty). Very helpful and generous owner. Great pool within the immediate vicinity. Beaches uncrowded and safe - however would definitely recommend hiring a car. We would recommend this apartment to those who enjoy the real Spain and are seeking a relaxing holiday.
