The terrace has seating for 6 people and offers stunning views over the Mar Menor. The kitchen is fully fitted includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The lounge has a TV, DVD Player (some English DVD's provided) and CD stereo system. There are 2 communal swimming pools both with separate children’s areas. There is allocated underground parking with secure entry. Plaza Bohemia & Zocos shopping both with plentiful bars, restaurants and nightlife are nearby. La Manga Club with its excellent sporting facilities 3 golf courses, tennis courts and football academy is a 10 minute drive. For the non driver there are buses along the strip to Thomas Maestre Marina & Cabo de Palos, also to Cartagena & Murcia. Murcia airport 30 minutes, Alicante 1 hour.
