This apartment is located on one of the most prestigious developments on the Costa Calida. If its a quality luxury apartment close to the beach you'll not find a better place than Nueva Ribera ( Name of the resort) in Los Alcazares which is a beautiful place with still plenty of Spanish character which is sometimes hard to find now in other areas of Spain. The apartment is also fitted out with all the luxury items you would expect. Full climate control throughout ( hot & cold) Satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 with a selection of games to choose from. Welcome pack on arrival. Transfer can be arranged to & from the airport at a small charge. If needed please mention at time of booking. We also don't mind you staying in the apartment if you have a late flight, a lot of other properties expect you to leave at 10.00 am but i feel this can spoil the holiday at the last minute so don't worry if you have a late flight on the day of departure. Excursions can also be arranged.

Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and watersports enthusiasts. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. The fertile countryside (la huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe, especially during the winter when local farmers take advantage of the comparatively warm weather. We have lived here for over three years and still love it !!

Plenty of golf courses close by.: In the area are numerous golf courses which we can supply telephone numbers so you can book your tee times. Also we offer transfers to & from the courses so if you like to have a few drinks after your game there’s no need to worry about driving home just leave it to us. Price will vary for different courses but please ask and we’ll be happy to give you a quotation. Plus excursions to places of interest.

Thanks for a great time Mark your apartment was everything we could wish for. Walking down the promenade next to the calm waters of the Mar Menor on a morning was so relaxing. Plenty of good quality restaurants in the plaza which help make the holiday. Great apartment , great food , great weather = very memorable holiday. Look forward to coming again
