This is a self-catering first floor apartment, overlooking the pool, on a modern complex which sleeps 4-6 people (a lift is available). The apartment contains two twin bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen area with oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, a dining area and a lounge area with a sofa bed, two reclining chairs, TV, CD player, video and DVD player. The lounge leads to a balcony overlooking the pool area which consists of two large pools with disabled access, separate children's pools and showers.

Nearest Airport: Murcia at 10 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The beach is approximately ten minutes' walk away and is part of the Mar Menor, a large salt water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean sea by a strip of land called La Manga. The water is 10 degrees warmer than the Med and shallow for a considerable distance out from the beach which makes it ideal for families. The mineral-rich water is revered for its health giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. The palm tree lined promenade stretches for miles with bars, cafes and restaurants providing drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment. Further afield is the historic city of Murcia (30km) and 15km to the southwest lies Cartagena, a Roman port which has recently been revitalised. There are several golf courses in the surrounding area including the famous La Manga club, Polaris World and the Johan Cruyff Mosa Tryjectum championship course.

We had a weeks stay in this apartment from the 24th Sept ,with our two year old son,we had a lovely time even though it rained a couple of days,but there were plenty of toys ,games and dvds in the apartment to keep us all entertained.We were collected from the airport which was a 10 min drive, which when travelling with children was great, by Richard who was very friendly he showed us were everything was in the apartment.The apartment was very clean and modern it had everything you needed for a selfcatering holiday.There were plenty of nice places to eat out down the main strip Penny farthing and next door the pasty shack and many others. The beach is great for anyone with children as it is shallow .we are going to book up next year and i would recommend the apartments and location to anyone.

if your looking for a very relaxed holiday well you have just found it here. this apt is a home away from home, it has everything that you need and is located very close to the shops resturants and lovely beach. We stayed for a week in August and the children loved the beautiful pools and each evening after a busy days swimming ect they watched a great DVD which also gave us time to ourselves. Everything you could think you need is provided and the complex is very clean and relaxed. Normas son Richard collected us from the airport and was very freindly and efficient in all dealings we had with him. We would highly reccomend this apt if you want to relax and have a hassle free holiday, we will definitaly be returning
