Approximately 350m (5 mins walk) from the beach, marina and shops. A 20 minute walk will bring you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices. There is also an internet cafe. The famous La Manga Club is approximately 5 minutes by car and this offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and also a good selection of bars and restaurants. The La Manga strip is also about a 5 minute drive away where there are many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of £100 (which is non-refundable in the case of cancellation) is required on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to our agent and providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
  
• Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price.
  For stays shorter than 7 days a cleaning charge of £40 applies.
  Bookings 2 or more weeks will receive a 10% discount for if booked before 31 March 2008.

We spent a month at the penthouse apartment and found it covered all our needs. Comfortable beds and lounge a plentiful supply of hot water the apartment was also very secure. The surrounding area has plenty to explore and the local markets were a pleasure to browse. The fact that someone was on hand should you need help was also reassuring. Brian, Northants.
