A luxury air-conditioned & centrally heated 2 bedroomed, end terrace apartment available throughout the year and ideal for family or golfing holidays. The luxury ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard & has a large terrace & garden area adjacent to the lovely communal pool which overlooks the 18 hole golf course (10th) of La Torre Resort. With underground parking,&satellite tv. Wi -fI internet connection is available in the clubhouse. The property sleeps up to 5 ( the 5th bed being double sofa bed). The golf resort has a super golf course with special rates available for golfers both on La Torre and numerous nearby courses. The luxury apartment is situated 20 minutes drive from Murcia and circa 45 from Alicante airports. The famed Mar Menor is a short drive away with its lovely beaches. The Resort features restaurants, supermarket, bars,chemist & beauty parlour, together with the superb luxury golf club-house and restaurant and will shortly include a 5* hotel.

Additional information about rental rates

  • An additional cleaning charge of between 50 ( 2 pers) to 80 EUROS ( 5 persons) paid locally per rental applies. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £150 per rental is required. A non- refundable deposit of 20% of rental to secure the reservation. Final payment 6 weeks prior to commencement of stay. Security deposit returned 14 days after departure providing no damage or losses to/from the property. The property is professionally cleaned between each let and after 14 days and at additional cost for longer stays. Extra services include arrival food packs, additional cleaning services etc. You ask we try to please/provide.
    Rentals normally commence on Saturdays at 4pm and end at 10am local time (Spain) but exceptions/alternatives can be negotiated. All bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels). The apartment is well supplied also with crockery/cutlery etc. Hot water is always available. Children welcome but the property is strictly no smoking/pets. Long lets may be possible.
  • La Torre Resort is situated on the main link between San Javier ( Murcia Airport) and Murcia. The luxury Resort boasts a superb golf course and just a few minutes drive from numerous beaches and regions golf courses. The lovely cities of Cartegena and Murcia are within 30 minutes drive. Whilst beaches, and numerous tourist locations are in close proximity guests may will choose just to relax with in the Resort. For golfers the other Polaris World golf courses and facilities ( from summer 2008 - 4, Resorts) are within a few minutes drive.
    Within a few minutes drive there are numerous bars, Restaurants, banks and shops/supermarkets. Activities for children are also available.
    GOLF INFORMATION- The renter can obtain preferential rates at La Torre, El Valle, Haciende Requelme & Mar Menor Golf Courses, The owners can also obtain discounted rates for many other courses. These can be pre-booked/pre-paid.
  • The Region
    Murcia is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions in Spain. It is of great historic interest and also famous for its gastronomic and artistic heritage. The climate amongst the driest in Spain and offers pleasant all year round temperatures. Costa Calida means the warm coast.

Notes: The apartment is close to a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, and very suitable for children. Play areas are close by as is the 18 hole golf course. The larger than average kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The dining table can easily accommodate 6 people by making user of the terrace chairs. Equally the terrace table and chairs ( 4 chairs) can easily accommodate 6 people by utilising the dining chairs. The nearby town centre of the resort incorporates, banking, restaurants, bars and a hotel plus golf course and supermarket.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property last year. It had everything for the children, from the pool right outside the apartment down to the facilities on site. The apartment itself was beautiful & was like home from Home. I would highly recommend this apartment & we will definitely be returning in the very near future!

All properties are not the same on La Torre and we believe ours to be bigger than most both internally and externally. With excellent faciliities including full air conditioning and superb ground floor location with large terrace and easy access to the garden and the beatiful pool area it is ideally suited to both families and golfers.

Luxury Apartment 77704 La Torre Golf Resort

My wife and I have spent two holidays at the above accommodation, once as part of a group of four in October 2006, and then as part of a group of six in February 2008.

The lift provided easy access from the basement-garage to the apartment, which was clean and well-equipped.

The bed-settee in the living-room accommodates a third couple (as in the instance of our group of six) or teenage children of different sex (as I indicated to friends to whom we recommended the apartment).

The large patio provided shaded area, and in front of this is a grassed area which facilitated sunbathing with a measure of seclusion.

A few metres from the edge of the property is an excellent swimming pool.

The golf course is an obvious attraction. We did not make use of the on-site restaurant facilities other than for coffee, etc. However, at the nearby towns there are numerous and varied restaurants which provided excellent meals at reasonable, and sometimes very economical, prices.

A car is essential for access to coastal towns with their beaches, and also other areas of interest.

The fact that we have spent two holidays at the apartment, and are booked to go in March 2009 is an indication of our assessment of the accommodation.
Owner's Response: It is pleasant when guests come back on frequent occasions and they almost become "family".

These guests frequently recommend friends and their appreciation of the apartment and surrounding area is reassuring.

We exceptionally allowed 6 to stay because they were regular guests an we knew they would respect the property. We normally allow a maximum of 5 people.

We visited the affor mentioned holiday home in November 2008 for a short break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean, well maintained and provided everything stated in its description. The resort amenities were varied and locality provided a plethora of entertainment.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to a friend.

This was a excellant holiday the appartment was very clean and tidy and had every faciilaty available.It was a few steps away from the pool which was extremely clean i would recommend this apartment to anyone.The owners of this property were very nice and they provided us with brilliant customer serviceThe pubs and restaurants were very nice i will be returning to this appartment in the future So i would like to thank Mr and Mrs Skeet and tell them i will be booking again in the future.
