Well equipped bungalow, less than 10 minutes from San Javier Airport / 50 minutes Alicante Airport. 10 minutes walk from a lovely clean beach and saltwater lagoon which is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by the La Manga strip. Plenty of golf courses close by and 20 minutes drive will take you to the La Manga Club and the lovely village of Los Balones where there are many good restaurants, lively bars and clubs. Los Alcazares enjoys 320 days of sunshine each year and the warm water of the Mar Menor makes the area a paradise for bathers. The bungalow is situated in a quiet street with shops and bars just few minutes walk, including two supermarkets and pharmacy. The Mercadona Centre is 10 mins walk, approx 15 mins to walk into Los Alcazares. During high summer a road train runs every evening into the town where there are many bars and good restaurants. Further afield you will find the bustling city of Cartagena with historic Roman sites and a museum to visit.

The property is just minutes from a Blue Flag beach and long promenade. The location hosts a wide choice of activities from golf, water sports, fishing, boat trips, local markets, go carts, indoor and outdoor pools, wide variety of restaurants and local bars. All the beaches are clean with clear water and long pomenades. The Mar Menor has warm, calm, shallow waters and is popular with families with children. Callablanque, a tranquil natural park with wildlife and quiet unspoilt beaches is just a short drive away. Los Narejos has a large market every Saturday and there are plenty of other local markets close by. Dos Mares a modern air conditioned shopping centre with a cinema and restaurants is about 10 minutes drive. There area is flat and there are several scenic cycle routes around the Mar Menor. Bikes can be hired from a local shop.

lovely little bungalow clean and tidy ideal for short or long breaks very quiet everything you need in walking distance ,soon be time for my 5th stay and more booked would recommend [but dont want to lose my dates ha ha]

A very relaxing holiday, clean, and has everything you need. it's like home from home. very impressed, will go again. shops are local and only 10 mins from a nice clean beach.

bungalow had everything we needed and was in a nice quite street. beach, bars and restaurants in walking distance. i would consider renting this property again.

We were in this bongalow during 12 days, and we can tell that the house was very nice in a quiet place, and you have to walk only about 10 minutes to go to the beach.

You have too many services (restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets...) in a short distance from the bungalow.

In conclusion, we are thinking to rent it for the next year.
