The villa is in a fabulous position near the clubhouse and Spanish Village on the 5 star Hacienda Del Alamo golf resort. The resort is located in a rural position surrounded by mountains with easy access from Murcia airport. As well as all the superb golfing facilities, there is also a tennis academy with 8 tennis courts, 4 paddle ball courts, 2 football pitches and a rugby pitch, bowls green and boule court all floodlit. Mountain bike hire also available. The gourmet ‘Hacienda’ restaurant has had rave reviews. Miguel Jimenez was present on the opening evening. It serves the finest Mediterranean food in a modern, traditional, romantic setting. The cafe at the driving range serves drinks, coffees and snacks. The clubhouse restaurant has the new concept of show cooking. Plus Spike's bar, where you can order snacks and burgers and a good value meal of the day. 2 minutes drive into Fuente town brings a host of bars and the new Italian restaurant 'Stallones' also Chinese restaurants etc.

The house is cleaned before and after your visit and includes linen and towels and all electricity, air-con, central heating. £50p/w Deposit on bookings and remainder 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. On stays of 2 weeks, the villa will have a mid-clean and change of linen. £100 returnable deposit against damage. Payment by Cash, Sterling cheques or Paypal (Paypal charges apply). You can start your holiday on any day you like. The balance is payable just 6 weeks before arrival. Our on-site management company will meet and greet you with the keys and take you to the house and explain any details you wish to know and places to go and local restaurants.

Ample wardrobe and storage for your bags. There is a fully tiled ensuite bathroom. This has a bath shower, marble topped vanity unit, sink and toilet. The second bedroom at the front of the villa has 2 single beds, full size wardrobes and the shuttered window looks out to the front of the property. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, marble topped vanity unit with sink, a bidet and toilet. There are also steps leading up to a rooftop solarium.

The lounge/diner has French doors looking out onto the Terrace and small garden at the rear of the property. There is a 28' television with Sky showing English channels and DVD. There are luxurious 3 seater and a 2 seater sofas, coffee table etc. The Kitchen is located off of the dining area and is very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave. Also there is a washing machine for your use. The dining table has 4 chairs for indoor dining. From the lounge, there is an attractive covered terrace with table, chairs and parasole. This opens out to the Patio with sun loungers and there is a magnificent marble barbeque for your use. There is direct pedestrian access by the secure back gate to the communal pool and shower which is approx 20yards from the back gate. The swimming pool area is lit at night by old fashioned street lamps and the pool and fountain are also lit.

The Hacienda Del Alamo resort boasts a Dave Thomas designed 7,400 yard Championship standard Golf Course, the longest in Spain, which includes eight lakes and eighty four manicured bunkers, palm trees and olive trees abound the course, the sky is blue and the sun shines almost every day. This course is guaranteed to be a joy and a test for golfers of all standards. The Hacienda del Alamo sponsored Golf Central on the Golf Channel earlier this year. The Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort is located next to the town of Fuente Alamo in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The Hacienda Del Alamo Resort is served by two major airports, Murcia Jan Javier (30 mins) and Alicante (50 mins) and a new series of motorways that pass close to cut the journey time even further.
