A very attractive property with a gated courtyard to the rear and communal pool. The townhouse has accommodation on two levels and a private rooftop solarium with great views. It also has a rear terrace overlooking the elegant courtyard. There is parking at the front of the house or your car can be driven onto the driveway for additional safety. The property is finished to a very high standard, including air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, marble worktops in the bathroom, and fitted kitchen units with granite worktops. Roda is situated 2/3 minutes from Los Alcazares, and is only 5 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. Roda has a new Dave Thomas designed 18 hole golf course located only minutes away from the property. There are bars and restaurants just a 2 minute drive away, and the beautiful beaches of Los Narejos & Los Alcazares are within easy reach either by car or on foot. They sit on the edge of the safe, clean waters of the world famous Mar Menor or' Little Sea', where you can swim or take advantage of the numerous water sports. Cartagena and Torrevieja are both within a short driving distance and have a wide availability of shops and eating places. As do the historical Moorish cities of Cartagena and Murcia which are also a short drive away. Roda is a great suitable location for all the family.

It has a double bed, a large built in wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing mirror and a chest at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom has a tiled floor and has a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. The window overlooks the rear courtyard. It has twin beds, a large built in wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, a lamp, and a dressing mirror. All the bed are furnished with quilts and there are spare blankets available on the few occasions in the year when the evening gets cooler.

About Murcia and the Mar Menor: This beautiful part of Spain is quite unknown to many people and probably 'Spain's Best Kept Secret'. Whether you are a sun worshipper or a culture vulture, a sports fanatic or a relaxation seeker, a nature lover or a city person the region of Murcia has everything you could want. The region itself is less than 100 kilometers wide so everything is within easy reach. It has cities, towns, villages, fishing ports, mountains, sea, sun and surf. Unlike the Costa del Sol it has retained its Spanish identity. This can be seen in the numerous fiestas that happen throughout the year. The Murcia region is also famous for its markets that take place on every day of the week.

Golf: The region of Murcia is becoming known as the new Costa Del Golf and Roda is at the heart of it all. There are currently 11 golf clubs within a 25 minute drive of Roda including the world famous La Manga club. Roda has its own championship course just minutes from the property.
