New 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located 15minutes from the beach at the beautiful Mar Menor. Close by are supermarkets, Pharmacy, bars and restaurants and the town centre of Los Alcazares. Murcia airport is a10 minute drive away and 50 minutes will take you to Alicante airport. The house is fully furnished for both indoor and outdoor living including a dining table and chairs and outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. Residents also have exclusive use of the communal pool. This is a spacious , luxurious self catering villa for enjoying that perfect summer holiday. The house is fully air-conditioned which is included in the price.

Casa Monty is located 10 minutes from Murcia airport where a large range of budget airlines fly into. The town centre of Los Alcazares is approx 10 minutes away where you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and a selection of shops. The golf resort of Roda is just 5 minutes away, just one of many golf courses in the area. Water sports are readily available at the beach on the edge of the Mar Menor just a short walk away, where you can rent sun loungers and enjoy lunch at one of the traditional beach bars.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £50 deposit is required on booking, with the remainder payable 6 weeks before your holiday. A £150 refundable bond is required with the final payment in case of damage to property or loss of keys etc. This payment will be refunded within 2 weeks on agents confirmation and return of keys.
    prices are inclusive of all linen and towels but please bring your own beach towels, electricity, cleaning and personal meet/greet service. There is a £30 supplement for rentals under 6 days to cover laundry and linen hire.
  • Changeover day is Saturday however this is flexible depending on availability as are times for entry and vacation of the villa. Longer lets in quiet periods may be considered and terms negotiable for such. Please contact the owner.

Upcoming attractions: It has been reported that a new theme park with museums, botanical gardens and many other attractions is planned for the area around San Javier air force base which is just 10minutes from Los Alcazares. There are also plans for a new Theater in the town of Los Alcazares as well as new hotels. A new theme park and water park 'Terra Natura' is now open in Murcia city which is about a 20 - 25 minute drive away which provides a great family day out with restaurants and sun loungers available within the park.

Golf: There are numerous Golf courses and resorts in the Murcia region and probably one of the most well known is the La Manga club which is just a 15 minute drive away. Special offers do become available on occasion for this club. The Roda golf resort is just 5 minutes away from the house and several new clubs are now open in the Los Alcazares area.

Other Activities: Canoes and pedalos for hire at beach. Karting and quad biking also nearby.

A lovely little getaway

Having just returned from a ten day holiday for 5 adults, my husband and I, our daughter and her boyfriend and our teenager and baby. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with a family. The villa accommodated us all wonderfully and the outside spaces only added to the feeling of enchantment this villa provided.
It is not only clean and well maintained, the whole villa is well equiped with your every need being catered to, including hairdryer, plastic dishes for eating out and toys for the beach and pool.
The villa is ideally situated for the local amenities and is a lovely jasmine scented walk to the beach if you walk via the oasis area. I also enjoyed a walk into the square in the evenings for a romantic meal. The local supermarkets are great especially Mercadona for everything you need.
I would recommend this villa to family and friends without hesitation and can only thank Allison and Steve for loaning us their beautiful home.
