This luxury 3 bedroom townhouse is situated just outside Roda, in a village built with the traditional appearance of bygone days. The property has been built around a picturesque courtyard with fountain and has an emphasis on outside space, important for dining and entertaining. The property consists of a large front garden, full solarium and balconies off both the upstairs bedrooms and overlooking the courtyard. The property is built to a high standard combining meticulous design with an obsessive attention to detail, carried on throughout the house. The property is fully equipped with all the comforts and gadgets of your own home and all fixtures and furnishings are of the highest quality. All beds are of good hotel standard, with mattress covers and 100% cotton linen. The downstairs bathroom has a full walk-in shower. Senorio de Roda is situated a few minutes drive from the award winning beaches of the Mar Menor, a large salt water lagoon. Due to its location and climate (more than 300 hours of sunshine a year) it is like a large swimming pool, where the water is shallow and warm and ideal for swimming and water sports. This is an area set apart from mass tourism with a very traditional way of life with its main activity being agriculture, particularly citrus fruits and horticultural produce and this is reflected in its rich harvests of fruit and vegetables. Murcia is renowned for fresh fish and its exciting wine region. The salt flats of San Pedro del Pinatar are the most important wetlands of the Murica region and are only 10 minutes away. They are home to flocks of flamingos and migrating birds. Locally, you can also find therapeutic mud flats and the rugged cliffs and coves of Calblanque National Park. Catagena and Murcia are 20/30 minutes away with their famous shops, restaurants and culture.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Confirmation of booking is not complete until deposit has been received. The outstanding balance and a £250 security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be returned to guests 14 days after departure, providing all keys have been returned and the property inventory is complete. Any monies for loss or damage to the property will be deducted out of the security deposit. Saturday changeover day is preferred and required during the Summer, however, flexibility may be available throughout the rest of the year on request. Check-in time is 4.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am, however, flexibility may be available on request providing no other guests arriving on that day.
    The property is professionally cleaned and all towels and linen laundered prior to guests arrival. If guests require a midweek clean or laundered towels, then this available at an extra costs on request.
  • Hot & cold air conditioning included in weekly rental costs.
    Bed linen and bathroom towels provided for all rooms. Guests will be required to provide their own beach towels.
    Transport to and from Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports can be arranged at an extra cost. Please request prices.

Golf: Senorio de Roda is located opposite the new Roda Golf course. This 18 hole par 72 course designed by Dave Thomas has a driving range, putting green and practice zone. It is the first golf course in Murcia to obtain an ISO 14.000 environmental certificate. The Clubhouse offers fantastic views over the golf course, large terrace for drinking and dining on Summer evenings. There is a restaurant and bar offering food and drink throughout the day. Entertainment is provided certain nights of the week. There is also a floodlit tennis court and five a side football pitch on the complex. Also nearby are the following golf courses:- La Manga centred around the Hotel Hyatt Regency is probably the most widely known. The north course is a 71 par layout and the south course is a 72 par course.
