A bright and spacious townhouse, located about 200m from a quiet beach on the Mar Menor, with fantastic views of La Manga Strip opposite. The new kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The dining area is off the kitchen. The refurbished shower room is on the ground floor. From the comfortable lounge, with DVD and video players and a stereo system, the stairs take you up to a new full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. The rear patio has a shower, barbeque and stone table. The front porch has bench seats and a table for shaded outside dining. There is a communal pool and tennis courts. There is a supermarket and bars and restaurants within walking distance. Los Alcazares is just 5km away and Murcia airport 20 minutes. Alicante airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes.
