Welcome to Murcia - rugged mountains, rolling green fields, golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters -Murcia has it all. It is truly a Mediterranean region in both customs and climate. Murcia enjoys an annual average temperature of 20 degrees C and nearly 3000 hours of sunshine. The region boasts 274 kilometers of beautiful coast and two different seas: The Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. The area also has 19 protected nature reserves and a marine reserve. Although it is just 10 mins from the bustling city of Murcia, Mosa Trajectum is a haven of peace and beauty. This is partly due to the fact that the resort is bordered by a UNESCO owned Nature Reserve- as a result of this, there is a no-fly zone over the resort. The World Health Organisation recently declared the province of Murcia as having the cleanest air in Europe.

Notes to the rental rates

Weekly rentals commence at 4.30pm Saturday (local Spanish time) and end at 10am Saturday on the day of departure. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for each room (you will need to bring beach towels). The villa has air conditioning. There is a constant supply of hot water. There is an irrigation system installed in the gardens which are planted with beautiful Mediterranean plants. The 10x5 meter pool is professionally cleaned and maintained.

A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client 14 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. Long term lets available. Before and after each letting the villa is professionally cleaned & the towels and linen are professionally laundered. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating – June to Sept we charge £ 40 per week for air conditioning. Any special requirements - if we can help, we will. Midweek and weekend short breaks will have a basic charge of £150 added to cover professional clean, fresh linen and towels (hand, bath & sheet)

The Resort
This luxury villa on the Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort is splendidly situated just a 20 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, yet also only 15 minutes from the region´s airport. On-site facilities include bar, restaurant, shop, tennis and paddle tennis and 24 hour security. These are private facilities and can only be enjoyed by owners or their guests/tenants. All these facilities together guarantee a successful holiday for which you do not even have to leave the resort .The Resort is magnificently developed with varied plants and trees, desert cacti, water features and striking panoramic views of the mountains Hiking, biking, horse riding & mountain biking are are all on offer locally. Mosa Trajectum is situated only 10 km from Murcia and 85 km south of Alicante. The famous La Manga Club with 3 championship golf courses, tennis facilities and the 5 star Hyatt Regency Hotel is a 40 minute drive from the villa.
The Costa Calida
The Costa Cálida (the warm coast) is the name given to the 155 miles of coast in the Murcia region, which stretches from the natural salt lagoon of the Mar Menor in the east to the fishing town of Águilas in the west. The Costa Cálida runs along two different seas, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The two seas offer sparkling clear waters, luxuriously long and sandy beaches, and enchanting little bays. Mar Menor means, ‘small sea’ and is the largest natural swimming pool in the world. With a variety of Blue Flag beaches to choose from on the Costa Cálida..all you can do is relax!
