The Villa Kallista is a luxury detached villa with modern furnished living / dining room complete with satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes (master with double bed, the other with two singles), the master bedroom has patio doors that lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool (shared with only 5 other villas). Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin, toilet downstairs with wash basin and a very well equipped kitchen, all windows are equipped with external sun blinds and full air conditioned, cooling for the summer and heating in the winter. There is also ample car parking at the rear of the villa. In short a very luxurious and very well equipped villa.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client 14 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or breakages or loss has occurred during the clients stay. Long term lets available. Before and after each letting the villa is cleaned & the towels and linen are laundered, the cost for this service is INCLUDED in the rental price. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating – A weekly charge of £20.00 is levied for air conditioning / heating . Any special requirements - if we can help, we will. Midweek and weekend short breaks will have a basic charge of £60 added to cover professional clean, fresh linen and towels (hand, bath & sheet).
• On receipt of your final payment we will send your ARRIVAL INFORMATION with details of how to find Casa Kallista and who to contact to obtain keys etc. If paying by credit card, please add a 2% credit card fee - debit cards or cheques are free-of-charge. Cancellation Policy: If Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible: - up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price - up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. The exclusive golf resort Mosa Trajectum lies at the foot of the Murcian hills and at the borders of a UNESCO owned Nature Reserve.
