Two bedroom fiesta style semi detached villa on golf complex near to Puerto de Mazarron. The villa is next door but one to a locked swimming pool which you use during your stay. The villa is fully equipped with TV in lounge which has English and sky channels, the kitchen has oven, hob, microwave etc. It has a large private solarium with BBQ and patio furniture. Two minutes walk to shops, bars etc. 10 minutes drive to numerous beaches.SEE RATES RE DISC Fortuna Villa is a 3 bed detached villa with its own pool and uninterrupted views of the golf course and mountains. The Villa has everything you need for your holiday, the first bed has a double bed, second two singles and the third bunk beds. All have built in wardrobes. The lounge has a bed settee so the villa can sleep upto 8. The rooftop solarium has sun loungers and bbq and has beautiful views over the golf course. There are two terraces one at the rear with patio furniture and the smaller one at the front looking over the pool

The Fortuna is in a very quiet position the front terrace is partially glazed with panoramic view to the golf course and mountain backdrop, the two sun terraces and roof solarium make it impossible not to find a sunny secluded place to sun bathe or you can find a shady part to read your book. Next to the villas own pool are sun beds ( stored on the roof solarium). The Villa has TV with all English plus Sky channels, you are 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. The Villa has air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom which keep all of the villa cool in the summer months, it comprises 3 bedrooms, a very large lounge and seperate dining room.. As the complex is only 10 minutes drive to the beach there are numerous coves to explore, Bahia, L' Azohia, Peychelles to mention a few plus small secluded coves

Nearest Airport: Murcia or Alicante at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 8 Kilometres

The villas are walking distance to all facilities, shops, bars and a variety of restaurants including: Spanish, Indian, Italian and Chinese. For the children you have swimming pool, tennis, bowling alley with pool tables. Obviously being on a golf complex the Camposol club house is 2 minutes drive, 10 minutes walk. The course is 18 holes, with driving range and putting green. The clubhouse is open to everybody and they have entertainment 3 nights a week, the restarant does excellent food at a very reasonable rate. Next to the course is the Sensol Hotel which has a luxury leisure complex with varying packages availabe to be pampered.There are other Golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Within 10 minutes drive there are a variety of small sandy coves for you to explore, inside the villa is a brochure which explains how to get to the larger beaches and also some of the smaller coves. Puerto De Mazarron is a vibrant small town with stunning harbour and beaches.

Golf: The golf courses in the area are Camposol ( 2 minutes from first tee), Hacienda Del Alamo ( 15 mins drive), Altoreal ( 30 mins). Aguilon Golf 40 minutes away.Valle Del Este ( 45 mins). Desert Springs ( 50 mins), Marina Golf ( 50 mins). If you need phone numbers to book tee times I can supply them.

Golf: Prices for Goff vary season to season Camposol at present is 45 euros for 18 holes, in the summer courses do special deals, Valle De Este charge 100 euros for 2 people inc Buggy ( Hacienda charge the same)
